What if your breath could unlock hidden energy pathways in your body, awakening strength and clarity you didn’t know you had?
Join Margi Young for this yoga workshop to discover:
- How subtle support systems function — without strain or mystique
- How to sense and work with inner energy pathways.
- A functional, down-to-earth look at the bandhas
- How breath directs energy through the nadis
- Simple, accessible practices to experience support rather than force
- How to use asana to sense inner pathways and energetic flow.
This workshop will provide in-depth learning opportunities through clear explanation and practice with time for both understanding and embodiment. Expect a deeper dive into the subtle body, this is the cornerstone of yoga, and is something that is sadly missed by many practitioners. The energy body, the subtle body, is what really makes yoga a deeper and more spiritual practice. Rather than a stretching and strengthening workout. In our hurried world, many of us don’t have time to dig into the roots and reasons of what makes yoga such an incredible practice.
Designed for teachers and curious practitioners alike. Margi’s workshop weaves alignment-informed asana with exploration of the subtle body. Offering a grounded and accessible dive into how breath, internal locks (bandhas) and energetic pathways support stability, ease and flow – on and off the mat.
Why This Matters:
When breath and bandhas are integrated intelligently, practice becomes lighter, steadier and more efficient supporting strength and ease instead of effort and tension.
Who This Is For:
Whether you’re a teacher looking to deepen your toolkit and support your students or a dedicated practitioner curious about subtle-body awareness grounded in anatomy and mindfulness, this workshop is for you.
What You’ll Need:

Cost:
We know that our community sometimes face real cost-dilemmas and that our wellbeing practices often suffer when life gets hard.
Know that you have our full support whenever you need it.
We therefore offer a ‘Pay As You Feel’ for our MFML workshops.
There is a suggested price, which we ask you to pay, if you have the means. The suggested price is the ‘true cost’ of running the workshop, and this is £35.
If, however, finances are getting in the way of you joining, you are welcome to pay what you can afford so that you can still benefit and participate. This is the Buddhist system of Dana. The minimum that we can accept is £15, because as a small business we similarly need to be mindful of our cost considerations.
