Let’s get intentional! The old cycle has closed – now is the time to consciously and purposefully begin again.
Bring in the New Year with connection and community, harnessing the ancient wisdom of yoga to begin the New Year intentionally, finding our own compass, our own inner truth. This gentle, embodied workshop from one of the world’s most senior yoga teachers, is designed to help us pioneer the changes we want to bring into 2026.
Bridget will guide us through a yoga practice to warm and open the body for soft backbends. We’ll move together, rest together, and take moments of stillness to reconnect with our breath and inner wisdom. Tune into your own truth and listen to your own body. Enjoy a nourishing and supportive blend of movement, mudras, mantra and meditation – all interwoven with Bridget’s warmth and decades of experience.
Throughout the workshop, we’ll invite in the energy of Saraswati, the goddess of wisdom, creativity and graceful new beginnings. She’s the flow that brings inspiration to the earth — a perfect companion as we lay the first foundation stones for the year ahead.
What to Expect:
- A 90-minute, accessible yoga practice (postures adapted for all levels)
- Breathwork, mudras, mantra and a short guided meditation
- Time to connect with intention and set practical foundations for 2026
- Q&A to finish on, so you can ask Bridget about practice, preparation and next steps
Who it’s For:
This workshop is for anyone who wants to start the year with clarity, purpose and embodied support – beginners and experienced practitioners welcome. Although we’ll be calling on the goddess, this is open to everybody to enjoy.
Give yourself or a friend the gift of some quiet time to come together in community, be supported, and feel calm and connected.

Cost
We know that our community sometimes face real cost-dilemmas and that our wellbeing practices often suffer when life gets hard.
We want you to know that we are here for you.
We therefore offer a ‘Pay As You Feel’ for our MFML workshops.
There is a suggested price, which we ask you to pay, if you have the means. The suggested price is the ‘true cost’ of running the workshop, and this is £30.
If, however, finances are getting in the way of you joining, you are welcome to pay what you can afford so that you can still benefit and participate. This is the Buddhist system of Dana. The minimum that we can accept is £15, because as a small business we similarly need to be mindful of our cost considerations.
