Up ahead, our convo with the creative yogi.<\/p>\n<h5 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Daily Move \u2013 what do you do every day to keep moving?<\/span><\/h5>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">I do <a href=\"http:\/\/movementformodernlife.com\/videos?c=15\" target=\"_blank\">20 &#8211; 30 minutes of Yoga<\/a> everyday. If I\u2019m pushed for time then I do only 10 &#8211; 15 minutes, but I always do some.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Daily ingredient? Five minutes each day \u2013 what to do for you?<\/span><\/h5>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">I take time to think of all my blessings and things that I\u2019m <a href=\"http:\/\/movementformodernlife.com\/blog\/how-to-live-life-with-compassion-and-gratitude\/\" target=\"_blank\">thankful<\/a> for. It helps me stay on track and focus less on what I don\u2019t have and more on what I do have, like this I attract more good things.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Favourite way to detox?<\/span><\/h5>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Eat <a href=\"http:\/\/movementformodernlife.com\/challenge-cellular-renewal-cleanse\" target=\"_blank\">light meals<\/a> for a day; cooked apples for breakfast, soup for lunch and dinner and sip hot water throughout the day. Giving the digestion a chance to rest and build up digestive fire.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">How you fell in love with yoga:<\/span><\/h5>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">A feeling of spaciousness in the body translated to an enormous sense of well-being.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Top tip for creating a habit:<\/span><\/h5>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Repetition.
