sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 210px) 100vw, 210px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>When in <em>Vrksasana<\/em> (tree pose), we attain balance by being both rooted to the ground, and extended towards the sky.<\/p>\n<p>In life our circumstances are constantly changing, and therefore we need to find different ways to tackle any existing emotional imbalances at different times.<\/p>\n<p>Yoga is especially clever in the way it improves our emotional well-being through physical means, as well as via intellectual enlightenment.<\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>For example, when experiencing the disappointment of not succeeding in getting a job, it might help you to <strong>accept<\/strong> and <strong>appreciate<\/strong> the fact that we are all unique and special in our own ways. \u00a0In likely to be very different.<\/h4>\n<p>For example, you might need <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>inner confidence<\/strong><\/span> and <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>reassurance<\/strong><\/span> that you are worthy of your new, improved circumstances.<\/p>\n<p>Heart opening poses such as <em>Ustrasana<\/em> (camel) or one of the strengthening
