I don\u2019t know about you, but my moods are more fleeting than that. Any one day typically features a variety of moods!&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>There is an insinuation that \u2018good\u2019 moods are superior to\u2026 well\u2026 \u2018bad\u2019 moods, I suppose. But are they always \u2018good\u2019 or \u2018bad\u2019? And is it even helpful to categorise our moods that way?&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u2018Sponsored by yoga\u2019 implies that yoga plays a part in influencing our mood. This I recognise, at least from personal experience. I can\u2019t claim that doing yoga will always upgrade my mood to a more desirable one for the rest of the day! However, such feelings do not always arise naturally or easily.
