We just don\u2019t know what will happen next.<\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3175 alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/movementformodernlife.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/NL-May-You-Be-Happy-4.png\" alt=\"NL May You Be Happy-4\" width=\"680\" height=\"383\" srcset=\"https:\/\/movementformodernlife.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/NL-May-You-Be-Happy-4.png 680w, https:\/\/movementformodernlife.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/NL-May-You-Be-Happy-4-300x169.png 300w, https:\/\/movementformodernlife.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/NL-May-You-Be-Happy-4-624x351.png 624w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 680px) 100vw, 680px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>And as in many times of life, when there is uncertainty, many emotions rise to the surface. \u00a0Maybe there are feelings of overwhelm, of anger, disappointment, sadness or grief.<\/p>\n<p>I have found in my life that yoga has helped me through so many challenging times. A large part of my mission is helping people through the tough times in life by being able to access practices which maybe they couldn\u2019t access otherwise.<\/p>\n<h4>Yoga For Any Emotion<\/h4>\n<p>This is why the site has Yoga For Emotions as a searchable feature. We have classes which are tailored to help you reach your equanimity. You can search by classes to move you into <a href=\"https:\/\/movementformodernlife.com\/videos?c=45\">Calm<\/a>, and for\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/movementformodernlife.com\/videos?c=41\">Anger<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/movementformodernlife.com\/videos?c=44\">Heartbreak<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/movementformodernlife.com\/videos?c=42\">Confidence<\/a>\u00a0and <a href=\"https:\/\/movementformodernlife.com\/videos?c=43\">Happiness<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Over the weekend I\u2019ve been using these searches more than ever. Our new Yin class with Norman Blair, <a href=\"https:\/\/movementformodernlife.com\/yoga-class-598-quiet-time-3-feel-your-breath\">Quiet Time 3: Feel Your Breath<\/a>\u00a0is amazing for when you\u2019re feeling overwhelmed. Just feeling the breath can be incredibly comforting and liberating. There is nothing more than can be done, so just relax into the feelings and the breath.<\/p>\n<p>I have also been practicing to Naomi\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/movementformodernlife.com\/yoga-class-516-morning-backbend-espresso\">Morning Espresso Class<\/a>\u00a0as it is sometimes brilliant to get moving to help you move through the negative feelings caused by uncertainty. And this class has some beautiful practices for clearing and calming, as well as being fast-moving enough for us to keep focus.<\/p>\n<p>So no matter how you\u2019re feeling, remember that all emotions are temporary, and are voluntary.
