This is what MFML is all about! Making your daily dose of Movement really easy, and giving you the tools and inspiration to keep your daily practice alive.<\/p>\n<p>But for those champions of Movement, there are some of us (me included!) who find it trickier to get on the mat every single day. Over the next 4 weeks, 28 days, I\u2019d like to challenge you kickstart your daily yoga routine.
