It is conducted twice a year on over 1.5 billion people across 70 countries and shows a massive\u00a0<strong>24% increase in heart attacks due to the loss of just one hour\u2019s sleep.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the autumn there\u2019s a 21% decrease in heart attacks. That\u2019s pretty incredible to me.\u00a0<strong>Just one hour\u2019s sleep results in such massive biological differences and such a marked effect on our biology.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s so bizarre that s<span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">leep is the absolute cornerstone of good health but is often\u00a0undercooked\u00a0as a\u00a0\u2018nice to have\u2019. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Worse, sleepy-heads are called lazy and those who sleep less are applauded as being more productive, whereas it\u2019s actually the other way round!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><strong>Those who get their 8 hours are\u00a0healthier, are able to lose weight easier, have better athletic performance, improved cognition skills, improved memory, are seen as more charismatic, more inspiring leaders, are more\u00a0productive and happier!!\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">But how to get better sleep? Well, r<\/span>ead all about it\u00a0<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/movementformodernlife.us10.list-manage1.com\/track\/click?u=8d578af248ca623f7fd8ea4fd&amp;id=7115b4fc8a&amp;e=3666768de7\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"
