And then, after your 2 minutes on the mat, or 10 minutes or 90 minutes \u2013 how do you then feel?<\/h5>\n<p>Sometimes it\u2019s so hard to get the <strong>motivation\u00a0<\/strong>to really commit to our <strong>daily practice<\/strong>. But how I do it, is that I simply remember how I feel after I practice \u2013 so that it\u2019s a choice just based on the <strong>value\u00a0<\/strong>that my practice adds to my life.<\/p>\n<h5>Get Spacious<\/h5>\n<p>I know that for me, I tend towards anxiety, stress and overwhelm \u2013 that\u2019s just the kind of person I am . But I just know that after my daily practice I feel more <strong>spacious<\/strong>, <strong>energised but grounded\u00a0<\/strong>and <strong>calm\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 a very different kind of energy to the shot of coffee which I\u2019m also tempted towards.<\/p>\n<p>But the coffee energy leads me to a rushing, to an increase in my anxiety (much as I adore coffee!). Now my practice is like the opposite. I don\u2019t always love to get on the mat. In fact, there are usually a zillion things I\u2019d rather do and are more urgent to do. But it\u2019s a bit like <strong>brushing my teeth\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 not an option to not do, even if, like my teeth, it\u2019s just for a few minutes a couple of times a day. Not a challenge \u2013 so you won\u2019t be bugged by our daily emails \u2013 but you will get to a page where you can get an\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/movementformodernlife.com\/challenge-day-breaker-challenge\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-cke-saved-href=\"https:\/\/movementformodernlife.com\/challenge-day-breaker-challenge\">overview of the classes on the course<\/a><\/strong>&#8211; which is a <a href=\"https:\/\/movementformodernlife.com\/challenge-day-breaker-challenge\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-cke-saved-href=\"https:\/\/movementformodernlife.com\/challenge-day-breaker-challenge\"><strong>morning yoga course,\u00a0<\/strong><\/a>designed for you to get your daily practice every morning.<\/p>\n<h5>How do you like your vinyasa?<\/h5>\n<p>It means that you don\u2019t need to waste time scrolling on the site, you can just go to the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/movementformodernlife.com\/challenge-day-breaker-challenge\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-cke-saved-href=\"https:\/\/movementformodernlife.com\/challenge-day-breaker-challenge\">course home page<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>and ta-dah, off you go!! This, our very first course is with amazing <a href=\"https:\/\/movementformodernlife.com\/yoga-teacher\/nikitaakilapa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-cke-saved-href=\"https:\/\/movementformodernlife.com\/yoga-teacher\/nikitaakilapa\"><strong>Nikita<\/strong><\/a>. It\u2019s not super-easy. It\u2019s for folks who are mobile and have an existing practice (who are improvers and like their Vinyasa <strong>moderately feisty<\/strong>). But it\u2019s accessible. And not super\u2013tough. Because it is the summer, and it is the holidays!!<\/p>\n<p>I really hope you\u2019re as excited about this new improvement to the site and the first of our courses as I am.
