I know that especially for men, it can be hard to take a stand for their mental as well as physical health and\u00a0<strong>the men in our lives sometimes don\u2019t pause to take a breath.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Breath Work To The Rescue<\/h3>\n<p>This month I\u2019ll be looking at ways to <strong>keep positive<\/strong>, keep anxiety at bay. One thing that I have found absolutely transformational is <strong>breath-work.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I am absolutely thrilled to pieces to announce <strong>our newest challenge, <a href=\"https:\/\/movementformodernlife.com\/challenge-breath-challenge\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-cke-saved-href=\"https:\/\/movementformodernlife.com\/challenge-breath-challenge\">Dan\u2019s Ten Day Breath Challenge<\/a><\/strong>. In just ten days you\u2019ll learn <strong>tools and techniques\u00a0<\/strong>to help <strong>keep calm in stressful situations\u00a0<\/strong>as well as learning different breath-work patterns from diverse schools of thought, not just from yoga traditions.<\/p>\n<p>Hopefully you\u2019ll learn ways to pause, finding <strong>length and breadth\u00a0<\/strong>in your breath-work during your movement practices. Folks who know me know that I\u2019m an anxious person, but the funny thing is that when we get told to \u2018take a deep breath\u2019 that can be very anxiety-inducing!
