    Naomi Absalom

Breathwork - the secret to great health and moving you from 'doing OK' to living your most vibrant life. In this class, Naomi leads us through some powerful breath practices which can radically help your life. The first practice serves to open up the breath through the lungs and the entire system - shifting any kind of erratic breath patterns or involuntary breath holds but also supporting immune function. The second is a beautifully calming breath that works to balance the chemistry of the body. If this is your second viewing of the video and you'd like the practices without the explanation, the practices start at 8 minutes. Do not practice this class if you are pregnant (although you can practice the second technique) and for some sufferers of anxiety, it may be useful to practice with a knowledgable teacher at first. Breathwork is more powerful than you may think!

    Full Body Tune Up

    Naomi Absalom

When is a vinyasa not a vinyasa? When it's full body tune up. This yoga class isn't yoga in the traditional way. Class focuses on full mobility in the body working systematically through all the joints and works on range of motion. If there's any class that everyone should do everyday to make sure that the whole body is tuned, it should be this class. The class is all-levels, although including some headstand variations which of course should be practiced only if that's in your regular practice. Some of the movements are to a full range of motion, so are tough, so do take class in your own time, at your own pace and only do what is helpful for you. Class ends with a chant.

    Stewart Gilchrist Live at Indaba

    Stewart Gilchrist

A tough, very fast-moving vinyasa class filmed live with our friends at Indaba yoga. Recommended for those with plenty of experience of fast-moving vinyasa yoga classes and of free-standing inversions. This class is not to practice to, but if you ever wander what the most bendy people are up to in the London studios, this is the go to class to watch. Stewart weaves threads of yoga as spirituality into this class. Asana (the poses) are healing not a harming experience, be kind to your body if you do have an advanced practice and you want to experience this class. As Stewart advises, 'If you think that something's too difficult, don't do it'.
