Chanting: Get to the Heart of Yoga
This is a popular devotional song known as a bhajan, and is called Shri Krishna Govinda Hare Murare, Hey Nath Narayana Vasudevaa. This particular bhajan has a pacifying and soulful quality to it - it is a lovely route directly into the heart of yoga. Singing and drumming can help us release some of the charge of our nervous system. Focus on the vibration of sound, the slowness of your breath, the weaving of the melody.
Tune In Tune Up: The Crown Centre
This yoga class is all about connection with the divine! The crown chakra is where our ego dissolves and we connect with the source. Headstand is the posture for this class. If you don't have a regular headstand practice, then just place your head on the ground in your child's pose and you'll feel the same benefits.
Tune In Tune Up: The Third Eye
Tune In Tune Up: The Throat Centre
This yoga class uses two poses which relate to our relationship with our self and communication. Often, we have obstacles of cynicism and mistrust in the way of developing a harmonious relationship with ourselves. Today's asana are shoulderstand and the plough, for those who practice these postures often. Otherwise, simply use the sound of the mantra.

Tutorial on Chaturanga
There's no 'right' or 'wrong' in any yoga pose, so long as movements are made slowly and in a controlled way, mindfully and with the breath, and of course so long as there is no pain or pre-existing injury! With that in mind, Chaturanga or low plank, is one of the hardest yoga poses to master. This short tutorial on the yoga pose Chaturanga shows the action needed for the pose. Do take heed, the pose needs a LOT of strength in the shoulders and abdomen, which you'll need to build separately and whilst you build that strength, or if the pose is not suitable for your body, do please practice with your knees to the ground, or simply do a high push up, rather than the low push of Chaturanga. Enjoy!

Cleansing Twisty Jiva Flow
This challenging, full-length fast paced Jivamukti class is a cleansing, rinsing twist-based, a strong and risinging practice. Starts with chanting and call and response Sita/Ram. This chant is chosen as Ram is the seat of the Manipura Chakra, the centre of ego and insecurities and this is what we're rinsing out when we're twisting from the centre. Sita/Ram are the perfect couple, and from this practice, this is the most perfect asana practice. The intention is set to being the most perfect being we able to be. With this intention, this Jivamukti class will keep you moving.
