    A creatively sequenced flow to sooth and nourish. The warrior isn't always about being driven but sometimes being patient and listening. This slow vinyasa yoga class is as soothing as it is strengthening. It's great whenever you need to be centred, or relaxed, or if you're on your moon cycle. With peak poses as dancer to warrior 3 balancing sequences, this isn't the most traditionally relaxing class, but it does find a way to feel watery with soothing qualities whilst working strongly.

Some shoulder releases and then heat-inducing core warm ups prepare the body for a short yoga class including forearm balance, headstand with headstand variations, some vinyasa to lengthen and strengthen and then shoulderstand variations. Finished off beautifully with a lovely, long, nourishing relaxation. Perfect yin and yang sequencing featuring balances to balance seasonal fluctuations.

    This is a challenging backbending class, only for those ready to take the next step in their journey into backbends. The class features some pretty tricky backbends, again with twists to support the spine, but this class is mostly balancing backbends. Remember to engage your core to keep safe and just relax in child's pose for any poses your body isn't ready for. This short vinyasa sequece goes straight into some deep backbends, we recommend you warm up first, maybe withJourney 2 before this sequence, or give yourself the full Journey 1-3 for a real treat for your back. You will need a strap.

    This backbending and twisting class will suit improvers/advanced but there are plenty of modification for those feeling less mobile. Backbends lift the spirits, open the heart and energise. This sequence is characteristically playful with plenty of twists to ease and align the spine during class. A great class to get you moving in the morning!

    A fun, creative vinyasa sequence which focuses on keeping the spine healthy and freely moving through backbends. This is the first of three progressivly tricky backbending classes. The class features various backbends, cleverly sequenced with counter-poses, hip openers and twists to release and encourage movement and strength in the spine. This is great for those who already have a practice and will suit starters/improvers to yoga who have a good range of movement already. Keep a block handy.

    A restorative sequence featuring passive inversions to relax the brain. Attention is turned inward and focus turned on the breath to calm and restore the nervous system. This practice will be perfect for relaxing you before bed, but also great practice if you've done your exercise or 100 sun salutations and just want the yoga to work its magic. You will need access to a wall, blocks and a bolster.
