Prenatal Pilates - Full Body Glow (for all levels, up until second trimester)
This Prenatal Pilates class for all levels, up until second trimester). It is also just a wonderful Pilates class for all round strength, for any body. This class integrates a variety of safe Pilates exercises to engage the full body to maintain optimal mobility and stability through the joints. Enjoy different abdominal strengthening exercises in a variety of position, to target all the core muscles without uncomfortable crunches. Also activate hamstrings and build up strength in the glutes with side laying leg patterns focusing on internal and external rotation in your hip joints. This is a complete and balanced Prenatal Pilates practice to practice a couple of times a week to uplift your mood and maintain wellbeing during pregnancy, but also for all of us at any time the body needs to be given a full body glow! Love Your Body: Affirmations, Breath and Flow

In this class we work with the power of affirmations, breathwork and a gentle slow flow vinyasa yoga to learn to appreciate all the amazing things our bodies can do. Our bodies go through a lot of change during our lives and especially during menopause - so much so that you feel your body has let us down or betrayed. The Human Method: Somatic Movement for Head, Neck and Jaw
A somatic exploration class to help release head, neck and jaw tension. This class is brilliant to learn more about our body, and become curious about how our individual parts interact. With a greater understanding of the individual movements, the whole self becomes clarified. The entire class takes part on the floor, supine, with just very small movements so that we can become curious about the way our body works. No need for a yoga mat, just a comfortable, carpeted floor to lie on and wear clothes to keep you warm and allow you to move around.

Qigong for Calming the Heart
In Chinese medicine and Qigong, the heart is seen as the sovereign and ruler of your body. In this gentle qigong class, we explore movements that help calm the heart and help it govern our bodily domain with care, spaciousness and ease. These gentle Qigong forms are accessible to bodies, yet are powerfully calming. This practise can be done standing, but you can also do them all seated in a chair. No mat is required.

Withstand the Pressure of Time
A really fun shaking and strengthening class with tons of wonderful core and naval strengthening work. Feel strong and centred, ready for anything that life might throw at you!! This Kundalini class starts with 15 minutes of shaking, then 5 strong navel exercises, followed by gong relaxation. Shaking is so freeing, the quickest way to release deep seated tension and trauma held in the body. Go wild with it! You'll feel so amazing afterward. Then the core exercises are followed by a lovely long savasana with some gong playing

Winter Wellbeing Flow
Vinyasa yoga to warm, energise and get back into alignment. Starting beautifully softly and slowly with gentle somatics. Then moving into a creatively sequenced, warming vinyasa class. Mindfully paced, with plenty of breath, this practice moves the body and breath, leaving us gently energised. Ending with some sneaky core work as well as more gentle floor-based somatics, for a really luscious feel. Perfect to start a winter's day.

This Jivamukti yoga class focuses on presence and being in the moment. Get moving straight away with side-bends to warm up, then a fiesty vinyasa yoga class. There's no relaxation at the end, so we recommend you end this practice with a relaxation class! Have a strap ready for some fun variations.

You can do this seated or lying down. Join Kiranjot for energising class through Kundalini yoga body movements and breathwork. This uplifting class works on the ten bodies: the 10 bodies are the kundalini equlivalenet of the koshas, The Soul, Negative Mind, Positive Mind, Neutral Mind, Physical Body, Arc Line aka Halo, Aura, Pranic body, Subtle Body and Radiant Body. With a savasana, resting pose, at the end of the physical movements, then with chanting and mandra. This class is a fantastic all round tonic. No yoga mat needed, suitable for those with wrist issues, and suitable for most levels of mobility and strength (with modifications).

Rise and Shine 2
Rise and Shine, again! The second in the Rise and Shine series, back due to popular demand. Really simple 10 movements to gently start the day. No need for a yoga mat, these are movements to increase circulation and joint mobility with a little bit of strength. All from standing. Use it as a warm up for other classes or in the morning to get the body going. Equally good as a midday energiser or at the end of the day if you've been sitting for long periods or driving. A great way to break up the dy and feel more refreshed, centered and focused for the day ahead.

Vinyasa Flow: Find Strength and Space
A comprehensive vinyasa flow yoga class with a focus on the space in-between positions and movements. Can you practice giving yourself and your body more space? See if you can become aware of finding space in between thoughts and everything that usually captures our attention. By allowing ourselves to slow down, we can make space for more to arise to our consciousness. The session begins and closes with a breathing practice and offers plenty of vinyasa yoga poses with opportunities and variations to open hips and release tension from hamstrings.
