Hatha Yoga For Everyday
A very simple but effective Hatha yoga class with a focus on correct alignment throughout, which uses the poses taught by Dr. Yogi's (Andrew McGonigle). Perfect for waking you up, this class features a range of standing poses, backbends, forward bends and twists. This class is a classic in the reportoire for giving you a full-body stretch and strengthen whilst remainding mindful and with a focus on the breath throughout. You may need two blocks.
Morning Backbend Espresso
A short and sweet flow to kick start your day the right way. This practice focuses on building and moving energy around the system to get your whole body and mind zinging for the day ahead. Just over 20 minutes long but every second is dedicated to helping you feel nothing short of glorious!

This class is ideal for mornings, or anytime you want to spark up vibrancy and energy to your core. Some Forrest yoga techniques for strong and healthy core as well as plank variations and the boat pose for optimum core health. Fire up your centre and fire up your life! You will need a block.

An energising way to start the day! A short, playful vinyasa yoga class ideal for the mornings. You will open up the backs of the legs and release tight hip flexors. Lift Your Spirits
This vinyasa yoga class will get your heart moving and lift your spirits through a fast pace right from the very start and focusing on backbends. This class is a light-hearted way to start the day and will get you moving. Accessible for beginning intermediates with modifications, you will need a block.
Wake Up with Morning Jivamukti
This shorter Jivamukti practice is perfect for the morning, or when you might be shorter on time, but it's a full-length class, no frills but expect thrills. The class includes juicy vinyasa sequences, twists, back and foreward bends, plus headstand. Everything you'd want to set you up for the day. You may need blocks and a blanket.
Sort Yourself Out, Stretch Out and Start the Day
This mindfully-paced most-levels vinyasa class is great for sorting yourself out and stretching out to start your day at the beginning of the day. This class includes gentle stretches, sun saltutes, standing poses, hip openers, forward bends, a bit of everything to stretch out in the morning.
The Magic Ten
The Magic Ten are a Ten minute practice of key poses to get you moving if you have only 10 minutes. Great for getting you going in the morning. It's very simple, 10 minutes, 10 poses, 10 breaths in each including a handstand which you may need to practice against a wall. These will get you moving beautifully when you've no time for anything else.
Daily Floor Flow
A perfect daily warm up and great alternative to sun salutes or if you want to give the wrists a break. Seated and floor-based sequence to stretch the spine and breathe out the cobwebs. Includes twists, forward bends, side flexes, abs work and chest openers. Props: Beginners may need a block to sit on.
