Making yoga really accessible, this chair yoga class is a short and simple sequence to bring space around the neck and shoulders and at the same time opening up the ribcage to invite in more breath. It will leave you feeling more spacious from the waist up. Great for those with limited mobility as well for practicing in the office or at work.
Sleep Recovery Series (2): Deeper Sleep Sequence
This sleep yoga class ritual is perfect for evening time to slow you down to get ready for bed, or remedy for middle-of-the-night wakeups. This class is for those who like some deeper yoga poses, and have more mobility. Featuring deeper hip, thigh, hamstring, and twisting poses, as well as seated forward bends. Breath using ‘the drop’ which lowers physical tension, decreases your heart rate, and dissipates the stress hormones in your body, to prepare you for deep rest. Also good for those who want to prepare for a restorative practice at any time of day. You will need a cushion, pillow or yoga brick.

A gentle, simple soothing bedtime ritual yoga class. With a simple set of yoga poses which flow from one to the next, prepare for sleep or get back to bed if you wake in the middle of the night. Suitable for all levels, you can do it in your bedroom with minimal space - even in your bed! This sequence reduces physical tension, lowers your heart rate, and decreases the stress hormones in your body to prepare you for deep rest. This yoga class ocuses on all of the major tension hotspots in your body: chest, neck, shoulders, lower back, hips, thighs, hamstrings: pulling the tension out to prepare you for deeper, more restful sleep. Do this class own or finish with a pre-sleep three part breath class or marma point class. Also an excellent prelude to restorative poses for those who find it hard to settle into restoratives right away.
Feel Better Flow
The perfect class for when you are not feeling your best and you want to move into a better feeling. This class is great for when your immunity levels are low, you might be recovering from illness or injury or you just feel you need to improve your self-confidence gently. This is a beautiful self-care practice of self-massage, breathwork, gentle movements, and a supported inversion. These gentle practices will stimulate your immune system and then the flow is very gentle, perfect for slower days. Additionally, we will work with the power of intention and visualisation to bring wellness to your physical body.
Honour Your Cycle: Autumn
A very gentle movement and breathing class for pre-menstrual tension. Release PMT with gentle hip-releasing yoga poses, work on emotional releases through resting poses. This class is nourishing and supportive, to give your body the rest and gentle movements it needs. You will need cushions or a bolster to support your knees during resting pose.

This the practice for when your feeling in the heat of stress. Start by writing everything down that is on our mind, then moving into invigorating movement to let out some adrenaline and frustration. Hamstrings, Hips and Lower Back Maintenance
This lower back maintenance gentle yoga class takes place supine in entirety and is perfect for those of us who have tight hamstrings due to sports, if you've just spent time travelling, or just sitting at a desk, so many of us tighten in our hamstrings! This yoga class focuses upon 'Active Hamstring' stretches. If you have lower back pain, often this can be a result of tightness in the hamstrings, so we hope that this class will help. This simple but incredibly effective yoga class teaches safe hamstring stretches, all on your back, so perfect for many injuries and recovering from colds and periods of sickness too. You will need a strap.

Experiment with exactly how your pelvis sits in your daily movement. Learn how to position your pelvis and experiment with the effect on the lower back. This gentle yoga class uses standing as well as supine poses to focus on creating space and freedom in the hips and the lower back. Perfect for those of us who spend large portions of our day seated! You will need a block. (note, this healthy back series are maintenance back health class, they are not suitable for those with ongoing back problems).
Healthy Back (1) Spinal Warm Up
The first class in our spinal health class is an all-levels movement class to help to understand our relationship with the spine. First of all, we learn the anatomical principles of keeping the spine healthy and then move on energetic jumping to feel how the body moves, and then a focus on the feet, to help us ground down, so we can stand taller. The feet are absolutely crucial to spinal health! With gentle, fluid movements to open the hips and side stretch, this class is a crucial first step in keeping your spine fluid and mobile (note that this series is not for you if you have back problems). You will need two blocks and a strap and a rolled up mat or swimming aid noodle.
Gentle Yoga For Travel
This all-levels, gentle yoga class is perfect class to relax and ground you, whilst gently mobilsing your joints to help you to recover from travel and is wonderful for sorting the body and mind to help combat the effects of jet lag, but the class is also a perfect antidote for any long periods of sitting, and when you just need deep nourishment. Perfect if you’ve travelled, or if you’ve had a long day at a desk, this class stretches your spine and hips, decompressing your lower back, stretching your hamstrings, You will need a bolster and access to a chair or any furniture you can put your feet on!
Yoga Adapted for Chair
A chair-modified yoga class. Chair-based yoga is ideal if you're recovering from injury or illness, or you don't have the mobility for floor and standing poses. This yoga class gives you chair-based variations on the classic poses. Find your tadasana, do forward bends, do warrior pose and learn to twist all in a chair.
Chair and Wall Yoga for Limited Movement and Seniors
Some variations of classic yoga poses using the wall and a chair. Ideal for those with a limited range of movement or for seniors to enjoy yoga poses. An exploration of tadasana, forward bend, cobra, a twist and Warrior 1 modified and supported for those recovering from illness or injury, those with limited movement or for seniors.
Seated Yoga for the Office
Stretch out in your office without attracting too much attention from your co-workers, or for those who are chair-bound or recovering from injury. Variations of the sun salutations whilst seated followed by neck and shoulder releases. Release tension in the side body with these subtle movements, self massage, and twists for you to learn so you can practice some secret or sneaky stretches at work. Feel grounded and energised during your work place, even if you don't have space to roll out a mat or if coming to a yoga mat isn't available to you.
Yoga on the Move! Yoga for Planes/Trains/Travel
A yoga class to get your sneaky stretches whilst you're on the move. You can easily do these moves whilst on the move. These moves are so subtle your travel companions won't even know you're practicing. You'll keep your toes, feet, ankles, knees, hips and whole of the spine flexible and happy and healthy whilst on the move.
Physical Aspects: Moving Mindfully To Explore Your Body
An exporation of your hands, wrists, shoulders, this flow is great for those of us who spend a lot of time at computers, have a strong asana practice or any other activity that builds repetitive strain. Working on all fours this flow moves on from the exploration of our bodies limits and begins to prepare the physical self for the demands of more challenging postures. Preparing the core and basic all round flexibility, this class works well as a stand alone sequence for the mornings or as a lovely warm up for stronger classes.
