Perfect for when you need to release some stuck energy and access a bit of the power stored in the pelvis; this is a lovely flow guaranteed to get you out of your mind, into your body and very much into the power of the breath. There is a strong emphasis on fluid movements around the pelvis and hips.

This is a wonderful advanced class balancing the yin with the yang to create a physically stimulating yet spiritually fulfilling vinyasa. If it is in your practice you can enjoy strong inversions including headstand and handstand but also plenty of opportunities to honour the resting moments, dropping deep and surrendering the mind.

An artfully sequenced hatha yoga class with a focus on prana, or the flow of breath, at all times with some optional vinyasa to heat the body and open the hips. The krama (or stages) of practice lead you to ever deeper, more open hips. With options for beginners, intermediate and advanced, this class featuring various hip opening, twists and balances will strengthen as you open the body.

A lovely, short yin-inspired hatha yoga class, superb for settling down after a long day's work. With a focus on releasing tension, especially held in the hips, this is wonderful to unwind tension after sitting all day or before bed to feel nourished and restored. You will need a belt.
