A beautiful prenatal yoga sequence to open your entire body with a slow and gentle sequence of seated and standing poses promoting mobility and strength, full of mindful variations to adjust your practice to what feels best to you today. Ashtanga Yoga Hour
An Ashtanga-based yoga class. This class is an introduction to the Ashtanga practise, but does require considerable strength and mobility. Although there are always options and variations offered, we don't recommend this one for complete beginners or those who struggle with mobility. This class doesn't cover the full Primary Series but will give you a feel for the rhythm of the sequence (also includes how to get started with headstand!).

A really fun shaking and strengthening class with tons of wonderful core and naval strengthening work. Feel strong and centred, ready for anything that life might throw at you!! This Kundalini class starts with 15 minutes of shaking, then 5 strong navel exercises, followed by gong relaxation. Shaking is so freeing, the quickest way to release deep seated tension and trauma held in the body. Go wild with it! You'll feel so amazing afterward. This uplifting class works on the ten bodies: the 10 bodies are the kundalini equlivalenet of the koshas, The Soul, Negative Mind, Positive Mind, Neutral Mind, Physical Body, Arc Line aka Halo, Aura, Pranic body, Subtle Body and Radiant Body. Vinyasa Flow: Earth Element

With this practice, we will stay close to the ground, strengthening, stabilising and calming the body. Flow to Scorpion Yoga Pose
This advanced level vinyasa flow is suitable for those with an existing inversions practice. After a warm-up, take your mat to the wall for some challenging, advanced level inversion variations. This class is not suitable for those who have any physical limitations, or those who do not have a regular inversions practice - the variations are tough. Of course, if you're not comfortable with the poses, please do sit out those poses and adopt child's pose, or a more suitable variation. If you are a mobile, fit and strong practitioner, you'll love these variations and have a lot of fun going upside down!

Morning Yang Yoga with a touch of Yin
This energising morning yang yoga class starts in seated stillness and moves into a mobility warm up followed by a hatha flow with sun salutations at a mindful pace. Then explore poses that are held for longer, build strength and flexibility, working towards dancer’s pose by the wall. You will need one or perhaps two blocks, and perhaps a wall nearby. This morning yang class can be contrasted with Carlene’s Gently Energising Yin Class. Each practice with leave you feeling calm and relaxed in a different way.
