This class is Margi’s favorite way to end the day. A perfect, simple all on the back class to relax and calm ready for bed. Breath centered, close to the earth, gentle, soothing twists, hip openers, hamstring stretches and a short meditation with legs elevated on a chair or couch. Enjoy this very relaxed floor-perspective of this floor based class! Go from this practice right to bed. Please have a belt or and a cushion.

Gentle Somatic Movement: Easy Neck Release Lying Down
If you've been feeling stressed or full of anxiety and overwhelm, this class is perfect. It is also a great class if you're recovering from illness and injury, or have energy challenges, because the class is entirely on the back and movements in the neck and head are very subtle. Get curious about how your body moves and how your breath moves through your body. Feel release in the neck, jaw and head through this very nurturing, kind and gentle class which will make you feel human again with your nervous system restored and recovered. Find a comfortable place to lie down and let your body feel nurtured and nourished by this gentle somatic movement.

Standing Barre for Strong Abs
This Barre Class strengthens the whole of the abdominal area, often known as the core, without a single plank or sit up! Target the whole of the core - including the back body and glutes. Create a strong centre (great for balance, grace and poise) while sculpting, toning and strengthening one of the most important muscle groups in the body, this is great for lower back care. Remember to activate the core throughout this class. Not suitable if those who are pregnant. Have a sturdy chair on hand for this class.

This class can be done anywhere - is demonstrated standing, but can be done seated, or is a very beautiful practice when lying down as well.

It can be used to substitute sun salutations to avoid pressure or weight-bearing on the shoulders and wrists - so no downward dog or chaturanga. Start by systematically waking up our joint spaces followed by gentle meridian stimulation. Then continue to awaken the entire body with poses such as constant bear, wild horse, shaking and pulses. Class concludes with centring and breathing ready to move on with the day. You don't need a mat for this class, so it's perfect for a limited space or even for practicing outdoors.
