Afternoon Yoga Boost
This yoga class is the perfect energiser for when you're needing an afternoon work break. Better than coffee! A mostly standing yoga class which includes some somatic moves to wake you up and give you a shake up! Expect some simple yoga, joint mobilisation and shaking - great to help you to reset and re-invigorate. This class can be done without a mat if necessary, so is perfect for when you're on the go or in the workplace.
Work Break Yoga
A simple and practical toolkit of creative movement to remedy unhelpful sitting positions. It is especially good as a break from work, sitting on the sofa, and after travel to bring relief to tension headaches, sore necks and backs. This is a hatha style yoga class to stimulate your energy and cool your nerves and it contains loads of tips and tricks to use in any moment where you need to refresh, re-energise and relieve aches from being stationary for too long. You will need access to a wall.
Making yoga really accessible, this chair yoga class is a short and simple sequence to bring space around the neck and shoulders and at the same time opening up the ribcage to invite in more breath. It will leave you feeling more spacious from the waist up. Great for those with limited mobility as well for practicing in the office or at work.
Yoga for the Workplace: Release Stress
A short yoga class using the wall, perfect if you're at the office, in a hotel room or short on space and you need to quickly release stress. With neck and shoulder stretches and hamstring releasing you'll find that just a few minutes is all it takes to transform body and mind and give yourself just the refreshing pause in the day you need. You'll just need a wall.
A qi gong and yoga fusion sequence to release feelings of being stuck, feeling tense, or just when you’re not in your flow. With some chair variations to make all the practices more accessible, this sequence uses qi gong and yoga to clear out stagnation and shift your tension. A chair can be used in this practice to make the class accessible to all.
Yoga for the Workplace: Ease Tension
Gently ease tension in your body whilst you're at work or when you're seated. This gentle chair yoga class focuses on stretches to ease the body and mind during stressful times at work. It is also an ideal class if your mobility is limited, if floor or standing poses aren't possible for you right now or if you have limited space and you need to ease tension and stretch out.

A perfect really short class if you spend a lot of time sitting or if you've been travelling, to help to release tight hips. The class is in seated position, so you won't need space for a mat, which makes it a perfect class to be done in the office or when you're travelling. You will need 2 bricks.

The second in our series to provide a constructive break during work or study. These Yoga and Qigong practices all provide you with renewed clarity, and will help clear the cobwebs, also focus on clear alignment through the spine and limbs. It’s great to bring a mental focus and concentration back into the body when we're too in our heads. With some precision in our alignment as well as intentional practices from qigong such as ‘clearing the cobwebs’ (one of my favourites!), we can move forward with our day more embodied awareness and presence.

Some short exercises to help protect and release your wrist joints. This class is ideal for those who use computers, smart phones or laptops a lot, as the wrist joints really do suffer through modern life. Stretch At Your Desk
A short stretch at your desk. This class is great for the middle of the day if you can't get out the office but your body and mind need to wake up. You could even just learn a couple of these simple chair yoga poses to learn for every day. These will help your desk-bound back and hips and help focus your mind.

The neck holds so much unnecessary tension. This short tutorial class gives you essental tools to deal with daily tension which accumulate in the neck and upper shoulders. The class releases the neck, upper trapezius, helps release the jaw, elbows and wrists and allows greater bloodflow to the brain. No need to be on a yoga mat, do this class everywhere and anywhere, every day and feel the tension slip away.
Yoga for Desk-Bound Backs 2
This class focuses on releasing tension often held in the shoulders if we sit at a desk for prolonged periods as well as unravelling tension held in the hips, another frequently tight area for those desk jockeys out there. Great for unwinding the effects of prolonged sitting. This class is great to take as a break in the course of the day, or at the end of the day. You will need a strap.
Yoga for Desk-Bound Backs
This gentle, hatha class gives the back and neck some simple releases for those of us who have been stuck at a desk, on a train, plane or behind the wheel all day. You will find that you have new, oxygenated bloodflow to the spine and feel a million times better after these simple poses. You may need a block.
A short class for helping with any wrist issues including carpal tunnel syndrome, RSI as well as simply increasing flexibility around the wrist joint. This class is seated and can be done at your desk or anytime to keep strength, release and flexibility around the wrist joints.
