Lucy McCarthy
Lucy discovered yoga while touring India as an actress in a Shakespeare production. What began as curiosity quickly became a daily practice after early morning classes on a rooftop with a local teacher. Drawn to the clarity, calm and lightness yoga brought to both mind and body, she has continued to study deeply with teachers along the way. Lucy teaches mindful, heartfelt Vinyasa Flow, alongside Yoga Nidra, restorative and pregnancy yoga, with meditation forming an important part of her practice and teaching.
