If you've ever struggled with sleep, this Yoga for Sleep workshop offers practical, accessible tools to help calm your nervous system and support deep rest. Designed especially for those struggling with insomnia, stress and disrupted sleep, this workshop combines gentle movement, restorative yoga, breathwork and relaxation practices to help you unwind physically and mentally.
This is not about pushing harder or “trying” to sleep. It’s about creating the conditions where rest and effective sleep can happen naturally.
You’ll leave with simple, effective take-home practices to support better sleep night after night — whether you struggle to fall asleep, stay asleep, wake feeling exhausted, or simply want to improve the quality of your rest.
