The 30-Day Challenge starts on January 1st 2024, for us all to take together. But, you can do whatever works for you, in your own time. There’s no rush, no pressure.
You can join at any time. If you sign up in December you’ll receive your first Challenge email and all-levels yoga class on Jan 1st.
If you sign up after Jan 1st, at any point during the month, don’t worry, you’ll still receive your full 30 days of amazing yoga classes, you’ll just get your first email and class when you sign up to the challenge.

Our teachers are teachers’ teachers. They’re world-class and can be trusted to safely guide you through your daily class. Our community is friendly and inclusive, you’ll have access to our closed facebook group where you can ask questions of our community and teachers. Terms and conditions for our January New Year Challenge Prize Draw
All subscribers who sign up for the New Year January Challenge 2024 at Movement for Modern Life www.movementformodernlife.com, between 14.12.23 - midnight GMT 31.01.2024. whether or not they are new subscribers, who have a UK address and wish entered in this prize draw are eligible to enter. All those who wish to enter should simply email support@movementformodernlife.com and say that they would like to enter and they have a valid UK mainland mailing address, and are happy for us to share their data with Weleda. Movement for Modern Life reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice and by continuing to take part in the promotion subsequent to any revision of these terms and conditions, users shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms. This offer is not exchangeable for cash and is non-transferable. This does not affect your statutory rights. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process within one month of the prize draw ending.
The winners will be notified by email (using details on your subscription) within 7 days of being chosen and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Movement for Modern Life will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
The prizes will be sent to the winner directly by Weleda. Movement for Modern Life does not accept responsibility for lost or damaged prizes in the post or items not sent.
The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Movement for Modern Life reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond their control makes it necessary to do so. All our prize draws and competitions will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
