Our Teachers

At Movement for Modern Life we proudly introduce our yoga, Pilates and meditation teachers, who are our favourite hand-picked teachers in the UK or visiting the UK. We started this project because we wanted the top notch yoga teachers to be available to you when your schedule dictates. We have asked these teachers to also produce carefully thought out programmes, just for us, specifically for learning about yoga online in order to address certain common issues which yoga can help address such as back pain, stress, anxiety, sleeping problems, for before or after having a baby, helping with your athletic performance or helping you to get control of your core.
