In order to view and use Movement For Modern Life.com properly you will need to download one of the following supported browsers for free:
How you clear your cache differs from browser to browser. You can find instructions for each one online via a simple search in your search engine. Third party programs can sometimes cause issues during playback - including blocked video segments, dropped frames, buffering, etc. If you're having trouble, try disabling any active extensions one-by-one to find the culprit. You can also open your video within an incognito or private window of your browser for testing.
We’re sorry, this can be so frustrating! When a video plays at lower than expected quality, it’s likely because the internet speed (bandwidth) or computer processing speed cannot support higher quality playback. Our videos are high quality, so you can manually force a particular quality by selecting the gear icon in the lower right corner of the player. Try switching to ‘Auto’ in the quality menu (the default), if available. If ‘Auto’ is not available, switch to one of the lower quality options.
If you are unable to stream classes, you can download our app (iOS and Android) and download your chosen classes to your device (up to 10 at a time).
We require network speeds of 500 kbps or higher in order to stream our lowest playback quality (240p). You can use this speed test to get a general sense of your Internet speed during the time of the issue. Keep in mind that bandwidth can fluctuate, especially on Wifi or cellular networks.
Opps, it looks like you are not signed in! If you are only able to see the first three minutes of a class, you are seeing the preview. Simply log in and you’ll be able to watch the whole class. If you don’t have an active subscription, you will need to start one in order to watch the full classes.

Yes! The app is the only way you can download classes to watch them offline. To download a class, simply click on the download icon by the class title. Do be sure to not fully close the app until the class is downloaded. You can find your downloaded classes in the menu in the top left of the app home screen.
It may well be that your class has not yet fully downloaded. You may also need to make sure you have enough memory on your phone to allow the full download. If you’re still having troubles, please get in touch with us at support@movementformodernlife.com
While our challenges and courses are not on the app, you can download the classes from a challenge onto your app. Simply log into your account in a web browser and add the classes from the challenge/course into a MoveList. Then log into your app and download the classes from your MoveList. Please note, you can only download 10 classes at a time.

Devices
We think you’ll love watching online yoga on your big screen! Most devices will allow you to 'cast' browser content including videos to an external screen such as your TV. It needs to be a 'smart' TV or a TV with a 'dongle'. The dongles connect to the HDMI port on the TV and offer their own services as well as allowing casting. Most modern TVs are ‘smart’ already, you will need to check if yours supports ‘casting’ or ‘mirroring’. Each device is different so do check how you enable this on your own device.
On most Windows systems you can right-click anywhere on the desktop, click on "Properties," then click on the "Screen Saver" tab at the top of the dialog box. From there you can disable your screensaver or adjust the settings so it will not come on for over an hour. For most Mac systems, go to the Apple icon and click "System Preferences''. Under "Hardware", click "Energy Saver". Then set the computer and display to sleep after 1.5 hours or more, or choose "Never".
