BARRE Mini-Course

Short on time but still want results? This 6-class Mini Barre Course is designed to tone, energise, and challenge your body from head to toe. Each class is low-impact but high in energy—perfect for strengthening your legs, core, glutes, and arms, improving your balance and posture, and leaving you feeling confident and powerful.

With a blend of ballet-inspired movement, Pilates technique, and fitness training, this course offers a fun, varied, and effective way to stay strong and motivated—no matter how busy your schedule gets.

This course:

  • Is suitable for all levels, including beginners

  • Is perfect if you want to tone, sculpt and feel energised

  • Classes between 15-30 minutes, perfect to fit into the busiest schedule

  • Combines strength, coordination, and movement in just 6 short classes

  • Is great for fitting movement into even the busiest day

  • Recommended for those in mid-life to keep strength and balance and strong bones

  • Requires minimal space and no fancy equipment (just a chair!)

We need a strong core in barre to maintain fundamental techniques like turn out and alignment. This class works the abdominals, back muscles and hips and will create strength & stability to support the spine & pelvis. Take this class at your own pace as it's fiesty! And enjoy the workout!
