TIME IN WITH YIN YOGA
We all need balance in our busy modern lives and Yin Yoga offers a perfect remedy to drop deeper. The practice quietens and energises; nourishes and strengthens; and stimulates the flow of energy to every part of the body. This 7-day course offers a fantastic foundation for your yin yoga practice. Yin yoga is a floor based practice, focusing on areas around the lower back, pelvis and hips. As you use the props to help you relax into the shape, pranayama, meditation and energy enhancing practices are all used in this course to support your mind. The practices in this course are suitable for everybody and the course can either be completed on consecutive days, or on days when you have the time to really settle into your practice.
Start Your Day The Yin Way

This is a short Kidney meridian focused yin yoga class with just three Yin yoga poses and is a great bookend to a more yang class, or a prelude to morning meditation, and is great way to start the day when you’re short on time. Calm Abiding Yin

This class is wonderful if you want to tune in to your intuition, your deep-seated centre. This is a heart and lung Yin yoga class. This class is great for overcoming sadness and grief, and is wonderful for clearing that which no longer serves you.
