A 4-week course of Forrest Yoga classes designed to build strength, deepen breath, enhance emotional resilience and develop embodied awareness. Each class builds upon the last, weaving in Forrest Yoga’s pillars: breath, strength, integrity, and spirit. The progression allows practitioners to develop both physically and energetically over the month.

The Zoom Link will be automatically sent to subscribers at least 24 hours before class, so check your emails (and junk emails too!) and if it’s not there, drop us an email before 6pm on a Sunday and we’ll send it to you.

These live online community classes are for your education and your enjoyment only. You are participating in the live classes at your own risk. Unfortunately I had to miss the live class on Monday morning, is there any way I can access a recording of Clive’s class?

I am Ashanata class yoga teacher I am stroke I June 25 pm 2018 years am 3pm. I was 78year old and running a yoga UA class. I had 84year old.
