Class & Workshop Schedule
Part of being part of MFML is moving and breathing together.
As well as having access to over 1,700 on-demand classes and courses,
we offer our community of members 3 free yoga classes per week.
To keep things simple, all classes in a given week use the same Zoom link,
emailed to you before the first class. If you haven’t received your link, just drop us a line at support@movementformodernlife.com and we’ll get you set up.

Unfortunately I had to miss the live class on Monday morning, is there any way I can access a recording of Clive’s class?

I am Ashanata class yoga teacher I am stroke I June 25 pm 2018 years am 3pm. I was 78year old and running a yoga UA class. I had 84year old.
