Thank you Kat this is such an amazing thing to do ❤ and MFML is an amazing and life changing platform (certainly has been for me!) it's become an essential part of my day. The impact on my anxiety has been enormous and it's great to be able to choose a class depending on how I'm feeling physically and mentally.
