Part of being part of MFML is moving and breathing together.
As well as having access to over 1,700 on-demand classes and courses,
we offer our community of members 3 free yoga classes per week.

The Zoom link will be emailed directly to you. Classes can be booked up to 1 minute before the start time. After this, booking via this page will not be possible.

A calming combination of breathwork and gentle, repetitive movement designed to regulate the nervous system and ease stress. Exploring the natural rhythm of the breath can help reduce anxiety, improve focus and create a greater sense of grounding and presence.

Unwind & Restore: Psoas & Hips with Bridget Woods-Kramer
Calming class to encourage release, grounding and rest. Combining mindful breathwork, fascial release and a long Yoga Nidra, this class will focus on the psoas and hips, areas where tension is often held. Fascial release helps create space and ease within the body, while Yoga Nidra offers deep relaxation for body and mind A gentle opportunity to unwind, reconnect and restore.
Suggested props: 2 x blankets, 1 yoga block/ cushion.

I am Ashanata class yoga teacher I am stroke I June 25 pm 2018 years am 3pm. I was 78year old and running a yoga UA class. I had 84year old.
