Part of being part of MFML is moving and breathing together.
As well as having access to over 1,700 on-demand classes and courses,
we offer our community of members 3 free yoga classes per week.
Just click the JOIN button to sign up and add the class to your calendar.
The Zoom link will be emailed directly to you. Classes can be booked up to 1 minute before the start time. After this, booking via this page will not be possible.

A playful exploration of movement that encourages curiosity, creativity and freedom. Through visualisation and non-linear movement patterns, this class helps improve agility, coordination, body awareness and physical resilience while awakening underused movement pathways.

Full-body Pilates class to strengthen the body and improve coordination. Focusing on the Pilates’ fundamentals of breathwork, balance, control, and mindful movement, this class is a dynamic yet accessible workout for all levels.

Unfortunately I had to miss the live class on Monday morning, is there any way I can access a recording of Clive’s class?

I am Ashanata class yoga teacher I am stroke I June 25 pm 2018 years am 3pm. I was 78year old and running a yoga UA class. I had 84year old.
