Part of being part of MFML is moving and breathing together.
As well as having access to over 1,700 on-demand classes and courses,
we offer our community of members 3 free yoga classes per week.
Just click the JOIN button to sign up and add the class to your calendar.
The Zoom link will be emailed directly to you. Classes can be booked up to 1 minute before the start time. After this, booking via this page will not be possible.
Links are also included in the weekly members’ newsletter.

Slow, grounding, deep alignment vinyasa flow to release tension in the hips and pelvis. Move mindfully through poses that build heat, improve mobility, and invite ease – supporting both physical freedom and emotional spaciousness.

Soothing Sundays with Kristin Campbell.
Breath-led Hatha-Vinyasa yoga to encourage warmth, mobility, and fluidity. Flowing sequences allow energy to circulate without over-stimulating the nervous system. Feel energised without overdoing it.
Optional Props: 1 belt, 2 blocks, 1 bolster or cushion.

Flow to Open & Expand with Clive Fogelman
Vinyasa flow to improve posture and lung capacity through heart-opening sequences. This heat-building flow enhances functional strength and cardiovascular health, creating a lasting sense of physical spaciousness and mental alertness.

Pilates for Back Mobility with Sally Parkes
Gentle Pilates focused on easing back discomfort and helping the spine move more freely. Small, controlled movements release tension in the lower back and pelvis, while simple sequences improve mobility through the whole spine. Helps improve posture and reduce everyday aches. Ideal for stiffness or following long periods of sitting or standing.
Props: Block and yoga belt would be useful.

Gentle vinyasa with restorative yoga.
Begin with a gentle, mindful flow, drifting into a quiet journey inward through soothing forward folds that invite release and calm. The practice then softens into longer, restorative holds, allowing the body and mind to relax, the breath to deepen, and a sense of stillness to gently unfold.

I am Ashanata class yoga teacher I am stroke I June 25 pm 2018 years am 3pm. I was 78year old and running a yoga UA class. I had 84year old.
