Our Mindful In Moments Challenge is designed to help anyone get started and begin reaping the benefits of a daily mindfulness practice. Mindfulness can help you to find inner peace, deal with stress and empower yourself to gain control over how you experience your reality.
Our minds are always focused on something, it's just a case of whether that is causing us to feel happy and balanced or disconnected and unhappy. Learn to use mindfulness to become aware of where your mind is going in just 5 minutes a day.
WHAT SHOULD YOU EXPECT?
Each day, you will receive one email with a guided mindfulness practice. The challenge is to follow one video per day, for 5 days straight.
The videos will introduce 5 different ways to pay attention to your mind and, with repeated practice, you will feel calmer, more alert, breathe deeper, feel less stress and sleep better.
The most effective way to develop a mindfulness practice is through frequent, short sessions. Even with just 5 minutes a day, you can reap the benefits. Whether you practice in the morning, late in the evening or in your lunch hour, these easy practices will help you move towards a more authentic version of yourself.
There's no room or need for excuses - this is a mindfulness practice you can fit into your day. Practice in the comfort of your own home, whenever it is covenient for you, and we'll do what we can to keep you motivated. All you need is to bring your mind!
