A week of 5 minute hatha classes for hip mobility, strength and freedom.

Tight hips can affect everything, from posture and back comfort to stress levels and how easily you move through daily life.

This accessible series of short hatha yoga practices is designed to mobilise, strengthen and release the hips using standing balances, seated stretches, gentle strengthening and nourishing floor-based practices to support healthy, happy hips.

Whether you sit all day, run, cycle or simply feel stiff and tight, these quick classes help restore fluidity, ease and comfort in just five minutes. A little movement. A lot more freedom.


WHAT TO EXPECT

Each day you'll receive a five-minute class straight to your inbox.

Classes are accessible, effective and designed to fit into busy lives. Some can be done at your desk, some on the sofa, and for many you won't even need a mat.

Props are minimal and all classes are suitable for all levels.
