Yoga When You’ve No Time: A month of 5 minute classes

“Not enough time.”

Who does have the time to do anything for themselves?

But if you have time to clean your teeth, make a cup of tea, or wait for the kettle to boil, you definitely have five minutes. And let’s not mention all those 5 minutes’ spent doom-scrolling!

Five minutes really can make a difference.

Research suggests that consistency matters more than perfection when building new habits. Small, regular practices are often easier to maintain than waiting for the ideal time to do a longer class. One of the easiest ways is to "habit stack" – attach a new habit to something you already do regularly, like getting out of bed or brushing your teeth.

Yoga for When You’ve No Time is a course designed for busy mornings, packed schedules, tired evenings and all those moments when you know movement would help, if only you could fit it in.

Over four weeks, you'll be guided through 28 short, effective practices that help you feel calmer, stronger, more mobile and more energised in just 5 minutes.

From strength-building yoga flows and Pilates bursts to soothing nervous system resets, hip mobility, desk breaks and bedtime wind-downs, every class is designed to give you maximum benefit in minimum time.

No pressure. No perfection.

Just five minutes of yoga when you need it.

And if you happen to find another five minutes? Repeat a class, try a second practice, or simply enjoy the feeling of having moved at all.

Because small moments really do add up.


WHAT TO EXPECT

Each day you'll receive a five-minute class from one of our wonderful teachers: Margi Young, Clive Fogelman, Vanessa Michielon and Lucy McCarthy.

Classes are accessible, effective and designed to fit into busy lives. Some can be done at your desk, some on the sofa, and for many you won't even need a mat.

Props are minimal and all classes are suitable for all levels.
