CONNECTION AND COMMUNITY
Pregnancy during our current situation asks mums-to-be to show extra courage as birth plans change and there is uncertainty about what the coming months could bring. But despite the rigours of social distancing, your pregnancy continues to be a special time to connect with your baby. Being at home gives you the opportunity to focus both on your needs and on your baby as you prepare your nest. We have developed this retreat to give you the chance to move, breathe and bond with your baby. We know that your regular support groups and networks may not be able to meet in the same way and so we are offering four live meditations and yoga nidra to give you the opportunity to connect with other expectant members of our community. You will also be able to ask our teachers questions about how you might modify your practice during pregnancy. Please take medical advice before you undertake a new exercise routine and particularly whilst pregnant.
This course:
- Is suitable for pregnant women with an established regular yoga practice
- Includes 7 classes
- Includes active pregnancy flow and restorative yoga for pregnancy
- Includes 4 live yoga nidra and meditations
- Launches on 15 May
- Runs alongside the Post Natal Home Yoga Retreat
