These efficient, accessible five-minute Pilates classes help you reconnect to your core, strengthen the body and move with greater ease, even when time is tight.

Each class focuses on a different area including the core, hips, glutes, back, legs and upper body, helping you build strength and stability where modern life often leaves us weak, stiff or tired.

Perfect as a quick movement snack between tasks, a morning boost or a mini reset after sitting all day. Short classes that make a surprisingly big difference.


WHAT TO EXPECT

Each day you'll receive a five-minute class straight to your inbox.

Classes are accessible, effective and designed to fit into busy lives. Some can be done at your desk, some on the sofa, and for many you won't even need a mat.

Props are minimal and all classes are suitable for all levels.
