Create a strong centre (great for balance, grace and poise) while sculpting, toning and strengthening one of the most important muscle groups in the body, this is great for lower back care. Remember to activate the core throughout this class. Not suitable if those who are pregnant. Have a sturdy chair on hand for this class.
