Think five minutes isn’t enough to feel stronger? These classes prove otherwise.

This dynamic week of hatha yoga flows is designed to build strength, stability and mobility quickly and effectively.

Through lunges, planks, squats, warrior poses and focused core work, you’ll strengthen the whole body while improving balance, flexibility and concentration.

Perfect when you want an energising practice that leaves you feeling accomplished all in just 5 minutes. Expect short bursts of movement with maximum impact.


WHAT TO EXPECT

Each day you'll receive a five-minute class straight to your inbox.

Classes are accessible, effective and designed to fit into busy lives. Some can be done at your desk, some on the sofa, and for many you won't even need a mat.

Props are minimal and all classes are suitable for all levels.
