Yoga for Sleep
Live Online Workshop with Margi Young
Sunday 23 August | 7–8.30pm BST
Are you tired but still feel wired and restless?
Do racing thoughts, stress or anxiety keep you awake at night?
Perhaps you wake at 3am unable to settle again, or feel as though you’re moving through life in a fog after another broken night’s sleep.
Or sometimes you just have a bad night’s sleep and you’d like to kip a bit sounder.
Poor sleep affects everything. It can leave us depleted, anxious, overwhelmed and unable to cope with everyday life. When we’re sleep deprived, even the smallest things can feel impossible.
Join Margi Young for a deeply nourishing Yoga for Sleep workshop
This deeply nourishing Yoga for Sleep workshop offers practical, accessible tools to help calm your nervous system and support deep rest. Designed especially for those struggling with insomnia, stress and disrupted sleep, this workshop combines gentle movement, restorative yoga, breathwork and relaxation practices to help you unwind physically and mentally.
This is not about pushing harder or “trying” to sleep. It’s about creating the conditions where rest and effective sleep can happen naturally.
You’ll leave with simple, effective take-home practices to support better sleep night after night — whether you struggle to fall asleep, stay asleep, wake feeling exhausted, or simply want to improve the quality of your rest.
And the difference good sleep makes is profound.
Life feels lighter. Clearer. More manageable. The body softens, mind quietens, and life feels manageable and enjoyable again.
