FOCUS ON SIMPLICITY WITH HATHA YOGA

Hatha Yoga is a very broad term referring to the physical practice of yoga, however it is increasingly being used to describe classes that are more static. In our Hatha Yoga course, we wanted to give you the opportunity to explore and experience the sense of freedom and balance that arises from dropping into stillness through practicing longer holds. The slower pace of our Hatha course makes it suitable for beginners. The emphasis on simplicity and slowness, however also provides a focus for more advanced practitioners and the possibility to explore the merging of breath, mind and body: it may be simple but that doesn’t mean you’ll find it easy.  We hope that this course will enable you to experience a liberating sense of balance. This course is suitable for: 

  • All Levels but would suit beginners
  • Exploring stillness and longer holds
  • Exploring alignment, breath and relaxation
  • Developing strength and flexibility in a gentle way
