A gentle movement class with relaxation and breathing for stress

Join world class yoga teacher Kate Walker for an inclusive, easy-to-follow breathing and movement class to make you feel better in body and in mind. Kate will guide you through accessible movement to bring freedom and a sense of release in your legs, hips, spine, shoulders and neck so you feel stronger, more aware, and less tense from tip to toe. Then we'll move into some relaxation poses, propping the body up with various household items such as pillows, towels and blankets - so you can relax and watch the stress melt away. This workshop is suitable for anyone with no yoga experience as well as those who have done some yoga in the past - everyone is welcome. Kate is a well loved teacher on MFML, originally from NYC but Kate moved to London in 1993 and quickly became one of the most popular teachers across well known London studios.
