Vinyasa flow is dynamic flowing style of yoga. It's really popular and we love it because it covers a real breadth of teachers and teaching styles from a fast 'power' flow to an alignment based or more meditative flow. Vinyasa flow is when we harmonize breath and movement to give strength, grace and freedom.
Progress Your Practice: Forward Folding Flow
The first in a progressing your practice series, great for those who have mastered the basic yoga poses but are looking to start to flow! The first class in this progressing your practice series is a fully rounded class, featuring some of the standing poses you'll have grown familiar with, but with a focus on folding forwards. Forward folds help to release hips and hamstrings - things which those of us who have seated work may struggle with. You will need a blanket, a strap and two blocks.
30 minute Morning Magic
A great way to start the day! With a focus on bringing the joy into your day, this well-rounded and sequenced morning yoga class opens the whole body, gets the whole system awake and alert and brings life to the spine and legs. A fab fluid awakening practice. It starts on the back and then builds up to a steady standing pose flow. You may need a brick.
Jivamukti - Face Your Fears
A fiesty, fast-moving Jivamukti vinyasa class. This intermediate class will have you facing your fears and going for it. This hip-opening class works towards hanumanasana using the wall, so you'll be working on your hip flexors and flexibility in your hamstrings. You will need access to a wall to practice at and two bricks.
Full Monty Vinyasa
Bring the light in with this Full Monty yoga class.This is a full spectrum, whole bodied strong and energising practice which incorporates breath work (pranayama), chanting (mantra) physical postures (asana) and ends with meditation. Call in more lightness and ease into your body. You will need one block.
Move into Balance
Jivamukti: Get Grounded
A swift- moving, playful and well rounded Jivamukti class in which we both seize and mostly relinquish control. Get grounded to rise up. This class features all the sun salutes, standing poses, twists, back bends and forward bends you'd expect from a Jivamukti class, but with a tougher, more feisty twist than usual. You may need a block and a strap.
Sun Salutation Tutorial
This is a fantastic tutorial dedicated to Sun Salutations, which appear in varying forms throughout many different styles of yoga, especially Vinyasa Flow sequences. With specific focus on precision and alignment, Sylvia will guide you on how to perfect this pose which can be very useful for your future practice.

This class on the Prana-Vayus is an experiential exploration into your breath-work. A must for all practitioners! Prana is lifeforce and Vayus mean the vehicle to experience the lifeforce. If you love your Jivamukti yoga feisty and fast and a little bit hip, this strong, intermediate Jivamukti yoga class is for you. It revolves around revolved poses. With a twisty twist to it, this class is great for a healthy spine and perfect for those who like to move swiftly and with a twist.
A fabulous Jivamukti flow with the theme of the Monkey-god, Hanumanasana, otherwise known as the splits. This well-rounded Jivamukti class has the usual mix of sun salutations, standing poses with a focuses around opening the hamstrings and hips, featuring the standing splits, then going into Hamunanasana, forward and backward bends rounding off this beautifully devotional class.
Morning Mindful Flow
A grounding, centring mindfully paced vinyasa flow. Bring an open mind to this beautiful flow which uses pranayama and the mantra SO-HUM is weaved throughout the class. Learn how to unify the body, mind and breath, and use your breath with the mantra to organise the mind, whilst the body is led through a mindfully paced flow class.
