Vinyasa flow is dynamic flowing style of yoga. It's really popular and we love it because it covers a real breadth of teachers and teaching styles from a fast 'power' flow to an alignment based or more meditative flow. Vinyasa flow is when we harmonize breath and movement to give strength, grace and freedom.
Everybody Flows: Sun Salutes For Everybody
This yoga class offers us a few quick fixes and options to modify sun salutes and chaturanga dandasana for those new to the practice or who feel challenged by the strength and flexibility demands of these postures. You will learn three different options for practising chaturanga dandasana that you can bring back to your personal practice.
This well rounded, gentle flow yoga class brings in the joy, a perfect class to uplift if you're feeling a little low. We will, with care, bring some joy and feeling back into the body and this present moment as best as we can through opening up to breath and back-bending postures along with a few other energising surprises. You will need a blanket, and a brick or something like it, and a playful light attitude.
A slow flow yoga class which is perfect if you are feeling overwhelmed or anxious. Adam's class is incredibly grounding. Move towards feeling stabilised and balance again by re-grounding anxious energy which embodies anxious mind and restless body. Learn to meet any anxiety with kindness by feeling its physical symptoms, not just the stories you may associate with it. We will use to the tools of yoga, including stilling our gaze and heightening our feelings of embodiment, to bring you back and re-ground you in the present moment. You will need a bolster and a block or a folded blanket.
Arm Balance Party
This full vinyasa yoga class aims to make arm balances fun and accessible for everybody. Go step by step into the poses, including crow, side crow, and side plank variations, together with modifications or alternative paths to the full yoga pose if it doesn’t happen today. You will need a yoga brick and a good sense of humour.
Whole Body Awakening
If you're short for time, this yoga class is the perfect one for you. This class is a whole body awakening practice that is specifically focused on isolating, activating and mobilising the major joints and muscles in the body. This is a perfect all-rounded class in itself, but can also be used to warm up and prepare the body for dynamic and challenging poses.
This all-round class celebrates free-form movement as ways to spark conversations with your body. This class is an offering of a template and you can journey in your own way, whether that's calming and restorative or dynamic. Sourcing movement from a deeper place of breath towards pleasure. You will venture beyond the conventions of traditional postures through an open level blueprint. Free for you to tailor towards your desired level of intensity from the dynamic to the restorative calm.

Rainbow Vinyasa Green/Blue(4): Free As A Bird
Fly like a bird and find freedom in this short but intense advanced vinyasa yoga class focusing on hip and shoulder opening. To achieve full variations of these yoga poses you may need to have already have warmed up with a less intense yoga class, perhaps try practicing the other classes in this Rainbow sequence to build up to this? This vinyasa is sequenced with variations on our usual bird poses, expect to fly into poses including pigeon, working with low lunges ready for bird of paradise, firefly (titibasana), side crane, then working with more shoulder opening to peacock pose, pincha mayarasana and then dropping back into wheel before shoulder stand variations. Rainbow Vinyasa Yellow(3): Solar Yoga Flow
A perfect morning energiser yoga class. Invigorate with the focus of fire!! This Invigorating vinyasa yoga class starts with breathwork including Kapalbhati breathing. Try some eye yoga, and mudra to centre and clense. Then build tapas (heat and focus), with a creatively sequenced fire practice focusing on backbends, core work and twists.
Rainbow Vinyasa Orange(2): Water Element Flow
This all-levels vinyasa yoga class is beautifully creatively sequenced inspired by the water element. If you’d like to feel more flow in your life and enjoy a fluid vinyasa flow yoga class, you’ll love this energising but grounded flow in which we harness the water within the body to mobilise, move and flow.
Rainbow Vinyasa Red(1): Embodiment
A grounded yoga class focusing on rooting energy and bone stability. Warm up with gentle floor-based side bends, spinal twists and gentle somatic movement. Build stability and a strong and stable grounding as well as building bone strength with warrior sequences. Continue your strengthening yoga class with some challenging balances, this yoga class is wonderful to keep strong and healthy bones, helping to prevent osteoporosis. You will need a yoga block.

Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series
Due to popular demand, this Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga class is the full Mysore-style primary series class, taught in the traditional way that it is taught in a Mysore class, in sanskrit. Practice breathing and moving to the Sanskrit count of Ashtanga Yoga. This class is for those with a regular Ashtanga Yoga practice. Please note the class does not contain teaching instructions. For instructions please see the beginner classes. It may be appropriate to modify poses with strap, blocks and bricks. Do listen to your body, don’t go further than you are comfortable with.
Gentle Yoga to Nourish and Support Series: (5) Effortless Ease
In this final class of this series of yoga/qi-gong moves to nourish, support and revitalise the body and mind, we orientate our practice toward effortless ease. In Chinese this is a concept known as wuwei, or effortless effort. It is something we cannot strive toward but rather a quality that arises spontaneously through steady cultivation and practice. As such, we will take the ideas of rooting, rising, aligning and balancing and see what is possible in working with the fluid flow of effortless ease.
Advanced Splits Flow Sequence
A fiesty, dynamic yoga class suitable for very mobile, strong yogis which works on the splits(hamunasana). This class flows through vinyasas with the focus on rotation, balance, strength and length to split. Expect strong hip opening and plenty of hamstring stretches, as well as glute strengthening. We recommend you do the glute strengthening class alongside this one, as you need strength as well as flexibility to remain strong and healthy.You will need a strap and may need two cork bricks.
Gentle Yoga to Nourish and Support Series: (4) The Yin/Yang Balance
With this class we take the ideas of rooting and feeling our body aligned between the skies above and earth below into a more full balance of yin and yang. This session will build a combination of strength and softness in the arms and hands and upper and lower body. When the energies of yin and yang come into balance in our bodies, it is known as the Tai Chi Axis.
Gentle Yoga to Nourish and Support Series: (3) Between Heaven & Earth
Building on the last class’s focus on rooting to rise, this yoga qi-gong class builds a combination of strength and softness in the arms and hands and upper and lower body. Bring energy upward from stable roots to the spine. We will work to lengthen it and feel how our bodies can become a healthy and nourished axis between heaven and earth.
