Vinyasa flow is dynamic flowing style of yoga. It's really popular and we love it because it covers a real breadth of teachers and teaching styles from a fast 'power' flow to an alignment based or more meditative flow. Vinyasa flow is when we harmonize breath and movement to give strength, grace and freedom.
Arm Balancing Flow
A lovely, swift-moving Advanced vinyasa yoga flow class with a focus on arm balancing. Allthough we open hips, hamstrings and the shoulders ready to arm balance, you'll be surprised that if you're not yet ready to arm balance, or you don't want to do so today, if you visualse them, this can have a wonderful effect!! The Jewel of the Lotus Heart - Yoga,Qigong and Mindfulness
In Tibetan, there’s a mantra known as Om mani padme Om, or Hail the jewel in the lotus heart. The mantra suggests that through our practices, we can begin to polish a jewel that resides inside the lotus petals of our heart. When this polished jewel begins to reflect radiant light in all directions, we begin to awaken our innate qualities of wisdom and compassion. This mindfully paced gentle practice will integrate vinyasa yoga, qigong and mindfulness practices that can help the jewel of our lotus heart shine.
Harmonising Effort and Ease – Yoga, Qigong and Mindfulness Meditation
The Buddha emphsised using right effort in our actions and intentions in meditation and life. This practice looks at how we can approach strength building practices, especially in the legs, using right effort so that we create more space for awareness and less reactivity. We’ll also explore the idea in qigong of using intention, not force – or yong yi, buyong l – and apply it through a blend of yoga and qigong forms to explore how we can harmonise effort and ease.
The Art Of Surrender
A yogic lesson in letting go, reminding us that giving it up is by no means giving in. A vinyasa yoga class which has you courageously explore your relationship with surrender, on your journey towards Hanumansana (the spits in yoga) - stopping at koudinyasana B and Bird of Paradise on the way. Class starts with supine hamstring openers and then we up the pace for more feisty poses. You'll need a strap and two blocks.

Start your day in the right way with this simple, down to earth vinyasa flow yoga class. Gentle yogic stretching and strengthening exercises open your body and mind for the day. Start your day with energy and focus with this all-around flow practice. This all-round yoga class includes a bit of everything everything (including sun salutations, half-moon, and crow postures) and focus on generating positive intention through breath. For all levels.
Water Mandala Vinyasa
A beautiful, well rounded feisty Vinyasa yoga class. This is a watery, fluid mandala yoga class, where you'll move from back to front of the mat and building your flow with a focus on the hips. Includes advanced level options of arm-balances, headstand and forearm balance - but of course you can be as gentle as you'd like, taking child's pose whenever you need to. You may need a strap, two bricks and maybe a block.

A beginners Vinyasa Flow yoga class keeping everything nice and simple. In this no-nonsense yoga class with down to earth teacher Adam, you'll learn a basic flow, some standing poses, balancing poses and then you'll flow through to simple backbend, folding and twisting poses. The trick to this class, and the yoga practice is keeping the breath flowing smoothly throughout. You'll need a couple of bricks and a foam block. For beginners or refreshers.
Elemental Flow: Calling In Vastness (Ether)
A spacious vinyasa flow yoga class that uses the breath and movement to cultivate a sense of expansion and space in mind, body and heart. Ideal for days when you're feeling overwhelmed or stressed, this vinyasa flow class starts with breathwork, then moves onto an all-levels soothing flow and ends with a long restorative version of legs up the wall savasana and a breath-work meditation to create a feeling of spaciousness and freedom. You may need a block.
Elemental Flow: Light as a feather
A slow but strong full spectrum vinyasa yoga class which cultivates lightness and ease in the mind and body. Find lightness and grace in your movements, expect an intermediate-level full body breath practice with balancing poses, forward and backward bends to bring lightness to your physical body and space in your mind. You will need a block & possibly a bolster.
Begin (again) 4: Twist and Fold

A powerful, fiery all-round vinyasa yoga class that will strengthen, energise and open the body, heart and mind. Moving to the natural rhythm of our own bodies and calling on our own inner strength, we will work with twists, back bends, hip and leg openers, core strengtheners and balancing postures. Begin (again) 3: Get Moving
The third class in our beginners yoga series, learn to breathe and move together in this introduction to low-lunge sun salutations and sun salutation A. In this class we breathe and move through transitional movements, as you start developing your yoga rhythm. For beginners or refreshers.

Reignite your power with this fiery all-levels vinyasa yoga flow. Class gets moving swiftly, starting with an uddiyana bhanda breath work technique to clear energy and stoke the internal fire. Expect strong abdominal work, plenty of chair pose and some swift vinyasa. Perfect to get you fired up for the day!
