Vinyasa flow is dynamic flowing style of yoga. It's really popular and we love it because it covers a real breadth of teachers and teaching styles from a fast 'power' flow to an alignment based or more meditative flow. Vinyasa flow is when we harmonize breath and movement to give strength, grace and freedom.

Morning Yoga for Ease
This yoga class invites us to meet our morning with ease. We draw our inspiration from nature and the spaciousness of a mountain. A feeling of spaciousness in our life ensures that when we meet life's inevitable challenges, we're able to respond in an open-hearted way, without constriction or tightening. This is a well-rounded, yoga class with some qigong moves, but the focus is on twists and side bends and on creating space in the body and the mind resulting in a feeling of ease to carry into the day. You will need a yoga brick and a blanket.
A Quick Slow Flow
A beautiful, mindfully paced yoga class in a world where life goes too fast, and our yoga practice seems to echo this! In this yoga class we explore making movements slower, and moving more intentionally. By exploring the speed of the practice we can explore the depth, the intensity of the movement and bring awareness to our reactions to them. By learning to observe our patterns we can feel what comes up in a non judgmental way. Once done we can go about our day at the pace required with move awareness.
Feel connected and grounded in this yoga class in which we explore standing balances. As we move through the flow sequence, we work on a different standing balance. Each standing balance will have options and variations that you can explore and develop over time. You may find that your standing balance work helps you feel more connected and more grounded in your yoga flow and as you move off the mat into everyday life. A great class to build strength and stability in the legs and improving balance. Use walls, tables, chairs - whatever you need to support the practise!
In this vinyasa yoga class, while we flow we solidify the fundamental principles behind back bends. We learn tips and tricks that support a back-bending practise which will help you take care and avoid injury when moving into backbends. Expect a heating, energising flow yoga class with practical tips that you can incorporate into all of your future yoga practise.
Jivamukti Yoga Reset
When you need to move quickly or you need to find stability within a busy day but you're short on time, this Jivamukti yoga class is the perfect reset. Use your stability and strength in equal measure. This short quick class will take you through the Jivamukti practice reinvigorating you and re-setting your energy levels. You will need a block to sit on and feel free to use the wall for the inversion.
Afternoon Yoga Boost
This yoga class is the perfect energiser for when you're needing an afternoon work break. Better than coffee! A mostly standing yoga class which includes some somatic moves to wake you up and give you a shake up! Expect some simple yoga, joint mobilisation and shaking - great to help you to reset and re-invigorate. This class can be done without a mat if necessary, so is perfect for when you're on the go or in the workplace.
Forrest-Inspired Yoga Foundations
This Forrest-inspired yoga class is for grounding and strengthening. Although all Forrest yoga classes are challenging, this class is perfect if you’re new to this style. This yoga class brings awareness to our foundations: our legs, hips and core. Expect a strong, centred practice that plays with some wobbly lunge and powerful pigeon variations. Class begins by building our inner strength with brahmari breath and deep abdominal exercises; preparing us to move through a warrior-based standing sequence. As we move through our grounded practice today, perhaps consider your relationship to earth - to the ground we walk on. What can we offer up to earth in this practice? What can we feel is being given back? You will need a blanket and a towel rolled up.
Forrest Yoga Ceremony 1: May the Rainbow Always Touch Your Shoulder
A really wonderfully feisty two hour Forrest yoga class which moves the body and nurtures the spirit. This Forrest Yoga intensive includes a B series with standing poses, spiced with strategically placed hand balances and inversions. This class begins & ends with sacred song & Cherokee prayer. During Savasana Jose transports us into the Dreamtime with his original virtuoso music.
Forrest Yoga Ceremony 2: Walkabout
Reason and intellect can only take us so far, there comes a time when we need to go Walkabout. Walkabout is an ancient ritual of the Australian Aborigines. This is the deliberate action of physically moving (using yoga poses) to release worries and distractions. . This Forrest Yoga class is a luxurious two hour backbend sequence that includes standing poses deliciously interwoven with therapeutic backbends, musical sun salutations, and some exciting apex poses. We culminate this ceremonial Forrest yoga class with a dreamy savasana, where José takes us on an internal journey through our own mystery.
Forrest Yoga Class and Ceremony 3: Path of the Ancestors
A profound and innovative Yoga class like no other. This class includes sacred songs; Ana calling in the powers of the four directions on a beautiful mountain top, Brahmari through the Chakras using musical keys and a series of skilfully sequenced hip and shoulder opening poses. This Forrest yoga class concludes with an innovative music healing that incorporates ancient Indigenous techniques woven into Jose’s own methodology. Path of the Ancestors includes some informative tutorials, including a brief history of Ceremony, smoke blessing, using musical instruments in healing, taking care of your electromagnetic field, and using shamanic tools and prayers in your daily life.

This yoga class features a strong, restorative and fluid yoga practice with an emphasis on twisting to help you enter the flow state - a meditative state of energised focus. You will sweat out the stress of the day and ride the waves of your breath through a challenging, creative sequence which will help you fully embody each pose and bring presence to your practice. Slow Flow for Patience
This mindfully-paced all-around vinyasa flow yoga class practice helps us to work with the concept of patience to be able to sit with restlessness and emotional reactivity in your body and mind both on and off the mat. Expect to practice in a slower way than you might be used to, to slow down your practice to physically connect to your breath by first opening up space in the side body and then developing the pause between inhalation and exhalation as we move in rhythm. How can you learn to press the pause button? How do you create a space to pause between action and reaction, so that we can act with greater wisdom and patience with one another as well as with ourselves?
