This well-rounded Jivamukti class has the usual mix of sun salutations, standing poses with a focuses around opening the hamstrings and hips, featuring the standing splits, then going into Hamunanasana, forward and backward bends rounding off this beautifully devotional class.

Ideal for when you need a jolt of uplifting energy, sun salute your way into an invigorating, energetic way to start your day. With plenty of sun salutes, lunges and backbends, you'll flow into hamunanasana (splits) , but don't let your splits progression spoil your flow, you then flow into backbends, a headstand and shoulderstand. This slow flow yoga class is all about finding your centre in the midst of a storm. You get longer holds, forward folds, twists and longer exhales. Plus a sweet meditation at the end to fully ground you into balance. This flow balances Vata and pitta types - even though you may find it utterly frustrating if you're out of balance. Your chemistry will change for the better after giving this class a go.
Ashtanga Inspired Power Flow
An intermediate-level Power yoga class loosely based on Ashtanga-Vinyasa. A great class to get you moving quickly in the morning, or when you need a quick pick-me up. With some Level 2/3 level variations, so beginners and intermediates, take it easy. You may need a strap.
