Barre Fitness - Getting Strong with Every Move You Make
This fairly challenging Barre class has us getting strong and improving our balance with every move we make. A great class to improve balance as well as core strength. Starting with standing core Barre work, challenging the balance as we get stronger. Then we move to lunges and finally, core work on the ground. A really fun way to start the day and to improve balance, strength and overall co-ordination and mobility!
Barre Fitness for Building Strength
This Barre Fitness Class builds strength through the glutes. Using techniques taken from classical ballet and focusing on maintaining external hip rotation, this class will strengthen your whole body but especially the legs. You will need a chair or a sturdy bit of furniture to use as a ballet barre.
Standing Barre for Strong Abs
This Barre Class strengthens the whole of the abdominal area, often known as the core, without a single plank or sit up! Target the whole of the core - including the back body and glutes. Create a strong centre (great for balance, grace and poise) while sculpting, toning and strengthening one of the most important muscle groups in the body, this is great for lower back care. Remember to activate the core throughout this class. Not suitable if those who are pregnant. Have a sturdy chair on hand for this class.
Barre Fitness Energy Flow
A fabulous Barre class for all body strength and balance. This upbeat, and quite challenging Barre workout is strengthening muscles without increasing bulk and will improve stamina, balance and posture. The focus of this class is 'every move you make' because every move has to come from the core! Done regularly barre workouts will increase your bone density, which will help prevent conditions like osteoporosis.
Barre for Cardio and Strong Legs
A strong barre class to target the legs and to get the heart pumping. This Barre class is hard work but once practiced will definitely get easier. So do remember to work on your technique with some of the less intense barre class. Through repetition this class will help tone your quads, hamstrings, glutes and calves but it will also burn calories and strengthen your heart. Practicing high intensity classes will improve your mood and your energy so get ready to sweat, work hard and feel GREAT!! This class is suitable for those with a good level of fitness and mobility and should not be practiced by those with knee issues.
Barre Workout: Cultivate Strength
This uplifting Barre workout is a class to cultivate strength, coordination, balance and grace. With short movement combinations which you can take at your own speed, you can expect to feel strong and energised after this challenging workout. Plus, with a focus on transitions, this is a practice of balance and grace which will facilitate a sense of ease in the body. You will need a chair or sturdy piece of furniture to support you in some of the standing sequences.
Barre Workout: Strength, Core and Posture
This Barre class workout is all about maintaining length in the neck and whole spine even when practicing challenging movements. With a focus on shoulder stabilisation, the sequences will offer opportunities to strengthen the whole body while cultivating optimal posture. This is a great, full body workout and is perfect to work on posture whilst strengthening. You will need a chair or sturdy piece of furniture and possibly a small looped band, or a yoga strap.
Slow Barre and Yoga Workout
This is a slower Barre and yoga fusion class which is perfect for those building their barre experience. You will need a chair to modify plank and down dog as well as helping with the technique and balance when breaking down second position. There is time to really focus on alignment and technique in this class but remember, slow doesn’t necessarily mean easy!

This seated abdominal class is a fun way to enhance core strength; perfect if you just can’t face another plank! It is an ideal short workout if you've got limited space, need a break from work, or when you're travelling. This class could also be done sat on a chair or on the edge of a bed; just make sure the core is engaged and the direction of energy is up.
Barre Leg Blast
This short leg and cardio barre class is great if you are looking to improve leg strength and your cardiovascular performance. It’s the perfect workout if you're feeling a bit 'stuck', need a buzz of optimism in the morning or if you need an energy blast during your working day. Why not add it to your weekly routine? Remember to cool down and stretch the legs out after practicing. You will need a chair.
Turn Up Your Energy Workout
This is an intense energetic workout! A combination of barre and dance moves, it will help build strength and keep you moving. This class is perfect for when we just need to get moving; it's time to get energetic. You'll feel invigorated, worked and ready for anything! This is a challenging class and you will need a good level of fitness and some barre experience. You will need a chair and a mat.
Energising Cardio & Standing Abs Workout
A fun workout and an invigorating way to start your day. This Barre class will build strength in the core and arms as well as work on your fitness. If you are looking to change up your core routine then standing abs are essential. Probably only seen in dance and boxing, standing while working the abs adds a whole new dimension to your workout. It’s short enough to fit into a busy day but long enough to really make a difference. Put this class with another short class to give you a longer workout and to target specific areas.
Stand in your Strength
Come to the day with strength. This beautifully choreographed barre class has a focus on inner and outer strength. This is a complete body work out using barre technique to remember our own strength and celebrate it! Feel strong in who you are, strong in what you believe in and then use that strength out in your community. You will need a chair and a yoga mat.

An amazingly energising Barre workout if you need a quick work break. If you had never thought about working the abs standing, then this is the time to try! The core muscles wrap all around the body to help stabilise and support your spine. Work your whole core, get strong, get energised, feel positive! Standing Abs will tone and strengthen the core as well as improve energy; it’s a great way to wake up in the morning or to energise when you need a break during the way.
Quick Core Blast
This short Barre class is ideal for a quick work break, or for the mornings when you're short on time. Expect a blast of Barre exercises to really work the core. It's surprising how effective just a very short class can be, so if you're looking to get stronger in less time, add this to your MoveList! Not suitable for pregnancy or for postnatal exercise.
