Hatha Yoga to Calm the Nervous System
A restorative and healing class designed to calm and settle the nervous system, to ground oursevles and create an overall feeling of balance in body and mind. This class starts with a long, calming mindfulness body scan, then some gentle movement and stretching before finsihing with a calming breathing and visualisation practise.

Neck and Shoulders
Most of us experience pain in our neck and shoulders. Perhaps it from from sitting for long periods, using mobile phones and laptops or sometimes pain in the neck and shoulders can be from stresses from dealing with the challenges that we expereince in our lives. This classes targets the neck and shoulder with a combination of 10 stretches and movements for releasing tension, creating mobility and openess. A great daily practise or something you can integrate a few times a week in addition to your other practices. Can be done from sitting or standing and practised anywhere!

Yoga for Full Body Strength
This yoga class will strengthen your whole body. Join Clive for an levels class focusing on how we can use our yoga practise to develop strength around both the upper and lower body, covering all the major muscle groups. Perfect for anyone looking to work on building strength and a great complement to anyone who enjoys walking, running, cycling, working out in the gym and other physical activities. A great class for those of us who are moving through the decades to keep our physical strength to prevent osteoporosis.

Rise and Shine 2
Rise and Shine, again! The second in the Rise and Shine series, back due to popular demand. Really simple 10 movements to gently start the day. No need for a yoga mat, these are movements to increase circulation and joint mobility with a little bit of strength. All from standing. Use it as a warm up for other classes or in the morning to get the body going. Equally good as a midday energiser or at the end of the day if you've been sitting for long periods or driving. A great way to break up the dy and feel more refreshed, centered and focused for the day ahead.

End of Day Recharge
A great transition sequence to do at the end of a busy day if you’ve just got home from work or if you have been out doing lots of different things. Or if you want a little break during the day but don’t have much time or space this might be just what you need. It starts from standing then we move to all fours and finish on the back.
