Welcome to this special edition of the Movement for Modern Life podcast; this is another instalment in our MFML Meditations series of live meditations. These are from our wonderful team of teachers which were part of our first Home Yoga Retreat. The meditations, dharma talks and Q&A sessions are fantastic tools for supporting us through challenging times.
This week, the wonderful Mimi Kuo-Deemer is sharing a meditation on the theme of connection with Rakhee, the content creator here at MFML. At the time we recorded this meditation, we were on lockdown during the pandemic, so the word connection took on a whole new meaning. Whilst we could not connect physically with our loved ones, there was still so much we could connect with. It is so important to explore those connections when everything around us feels so disconnected.
We will jump straight into the meditation where you can connect with your body, your vibrations and your feelings. The meditation is followed by a conversation with Rakhee about this theme of connection and a Q&A with our community members.
