This gentle stretch class is a slow and gentle stretch for the whole hip, pelvic, thigh and lower back area, giving a feeling of space in the pelvis and elongation in the lower back area. The session will start with gentle mobility work to prepare the body for deeper progressive stretches. The aim of this class is to gain a good range of motion in the body so that when we apply the strength work, strengthening the body whilst in a healthy postural position.

Find a comfortable place to lie down and let your body feel nurtured and nourished by this gentle somatic movement.

Try this class after a busy day's work, after a long drive or travel, or to start the day feeling relaxed and open in the heart and shoulders. This class begins reclined over two blocks to begin the process of opening the front of the shoulders, lungs and heart. Move into some neck releases and twists, all with an emphasis on freedom of the shoulder area. After a few standing poses, the class ends with a supported inversion and hip opener. This class is Margi’s favorite way to end the day. A perfect, simple all on the back class to relax and calm ready for bed. Breath centered, close to the earth, gentle, soothing twists, hip openers, hamstring stretches and a short meditation with legs elevated on a chair or couch. Enjoy this very relaxed floor-perspective of this floor based class! Go from this practice right to bed. Please have a belt or and a cushion.

An express Ashtanga yoga class. This is a shortened version of the traditional Ashtanga sequence, perfect if you don't have much time, but you want the energising dynamism of an upbeat Ashtanga class. Recommended for those with mobile and strong bodies and those who have done yoga before.
Prenatal Pilates - Full Body Glow (for all levels, up until second trimester)
This Prenatal Pilates class for all levels, up until second trimester). It is also just a wonderful Pilates class for all round strength, for any body. This class integrates a variety of safe Pilates exercises to engage the full body to maintain optimal mobility and stability through the joints. Enjoy different abdominal strengthening exercises in a variety of position, to target all the core muscles without uncomfortable crunches. Also activate hamstrings and build up strength in the glutes with side laying leg patterns focusing on internal and external rotation in your hip joints.
