Small Practices, Profound Shifts

Looking for simple yet profound practices to support calm, focus, vitality and connection?

Mudra and mantra are two of yoga’s most subtle yet transformative tools, offering accessible ways to regulate the nervous system, steady the mind and restore a sense of balance. In a world of constant stimulation and distraction, simple practices that support calm, focus and connection can be invaluable.

Used for thousands of years, these practices can help reduce stress and overwhelm, improve concentration, support emotional wellbeing and cultivate greater energy and resilience. They also offer a meaningful way to deepen meditation, reconnect with inner wisdom and create moments of stillness within busy daily life.

Mudras are specific hand gestures that influence the flow of energy within the body and mind. While mantras use sound and repetition to focus awareness, quiet mental chatter and encourage deeper states of presence. Together, they can support feelings of grounding, clarity and ease, helping to shift both mental and energetic states.

This 90-minute workshop explores the roots of mudra and mantra within the yogic tradition and their relevance for modern wellbeing. Through discussion, exploration and guided practice, discover practical tools that can be returned to again and again to support sleep, meditation, emotional balance and everyday resilience.
