GENTLE YET POWERFUL YOGA FROM YOUR CHAIR AND BED
Chair and bed yoga is a wonderful option if you have limited mobility or if you are recovering from illness or periods of stress, but it is for everyone and using the support of the chair can enable you to build strength and deepen poses. The classes in this course will help you improve your flexibility, to build your focus and concentration, develop body awareness and reduce joint strain. We have also included classes that can give your immunity a boost by increasing lymphatic flow. This course is:

- All ages but many classes designed to suit senior citizens

Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga - Full Practice

This sequence is ideal if you spend lots of time sitting, want a break during work or practising on the floor isn’t possible for your body. The first half of the sequence is the upper body. The second half of the sequence is the lower body. You could do the whole sequence or just focus on a particular part of the body, depending on your mobility.

Chair-based Yoga for Lymphatic Flow

Seated Yoga for the Office

Rebalance Yourself

There are times when we can be knocked off our centre, maybe something as simple as someone has said something that has shocked us, or we are needing to rebalance after grief. Release Tension

Induce Sleep
