Breathe Into Clarity
Sort Yourself Out, Stretch Out and Start the Day
This mindfully-paced most-levels vinyasa class is great for sorting yourself out and stretching out to start your day at the beginning of the day. This class includes gentle stretches, sun saltutes, standing poses, hip openers, forward bends, a bit of everything to stretch out in the morning.
Get Moving: Standing Flow
A qi-gong inspired gentle standing flow to move the hips, shoulders and gently build strength in legs and core. A fabulous class to cultivate steadiness, and an antidote to the business of sedentary modern life. The qi-gong inspired movements and water quality of softness in the poses are fabulous for building strength and stability. With no sun salutes, this class is great for most bodies including older bodies, those with limited mobility and pregnancy.

Twist And Stoke The Fire
Gamma / Object-less Meditation
An advanced level meditation practice to change the brainwaves to Gamma waves. Here levels of consciousness are changed to the deepest level, where profound changes can be made. This meditation is great for those who have done the Theta and Gamma meditation practices and who are regular meditators, comfortable with sitting for long periods.
Almost An Hour Of Power
This all-levels yoga class will get your power going. It's a moderately paced power class (that means vinyasa with a bit more core!) with improvers and advanced level modifications and great insights from Dylan. It's just under an hour - one for the weekend and better than a cup of coffee. You'll just need a block.
More Core Less Time
Although Forrest yoga always has a core focus, this class is a short core boost. Suitable for all levels, although you will certainly challenge yourself, beginners and improvers should stay with their own level. A great yoga class for when energy needs a bit of a boost or for when you need to feel stronger from the inside. You will need a rolled up mat, or a cushion can be used.
Stretch At Your Desk
A short stretch at your desk. This class is great for the middle of the day if you can't get out the office but your body and mind need to wake up. You could even just learn a couple of these simple chair yoga poses to learn for every day. These will help your desk-bound back and hips and help focus your mind.
Grounding, Centering, Letting Go
A grounded, slow vinyasa which has some surprising challenges as well as a little qi-gong, for extra centering. This is an amazing class for those times when you need to just 'check in' with yourself - and from a rooted centre, you can grow wings to fly up to half-moon pose, crow and twist away your day. A very cleansing and calming class, although you will be asked to pay attention to your alignment as you fly!
Vinyasa to inversion
A fast-moving vinyasa designed to get you ready to handstand, mostly with core work, plenty of vinyasa, ideal to practice before one of our Handstand classes in the Handstand Challenge, or for your own handstand practice. Without a cool-down, you will need a twisting and backbending sequence as well as a savasana after this class. We think that adding a yin or restorative class onto the end instead of, or after your handstands is just perfect!
Lift Your Spirits
This vinyasa yoga class will get your heart moving and lift your spirits through a fast pace right from the very start and focusing on backbends. This class is a light-hearted way to start the day and will get you moving. Accessible for beginning intermediates with modifications, you will need a block.
Your Intelligent Body: Opening Your Front Body
This is the third class in the Intelligent Body series, designed for beginners, athletes or those who work at a desk. This class gives some alignment-focused poses to open up and strengthen the front body through plenty of shoulder-opening poses and backbends. A great class after a day slumped ove the desk! You will need to be close to a wall, have a couple of blocks, a strap and a blanket handy.
After work: Release & restore
This wonderful nurturing practice introduces the idea of restorative practice ”“ constructive rest - often the very best thing to do after a hard day at work. Lucy guides a practice using the support of blankets and cushions and finishes with the legs against the wall ”“ the most effective poses to rest the body and settle the mind.

Journey into Backbends (3)
This is a challenging backbending class, only for those ready to take the next step in their journey into backbends. The class features some pretty tricky backbends, again with twists to support the spine, but this class is mostly balancing backbends. Remember to engage your core to keep safe and just relax in child's pose for any poses your body isn't ready for. This short vinyasa sequece goes straight into some deep backbends, we recommend you warm up first, maybe withJourney 2 before this sequence, or give yourself the full Journey 1-3 for a real treat for your back. You will need a strap.
