Flow - Hips & Heart
Meditation 1: Rooting
The first in Alex's series of meditations. This short, first meditation gives us the space to root, to ground, into the body and the breath in order to give the mind it's spaciousness. A meditation on the breath which settles into the still of the mind. Best to be practiced before any kind of important event, meeting or challenging situation. Regularly applied, it gradually creates an internal anchor or reference point, and is an ideal preparation for meditation as well.
Vinyasa SOS: Intermediate To Advanced
Almost An Hour Of Power
This all-levels yoga class will get your power going. It's a moderately paced power class (that means vinyasa with a bit more core!) with improvers and advanced level modifications and great insights from Dylan. It's just under an hour - one for the weekend and better than a cup of coffee. You'll just need a block.

Better Sleep: Breathe to Soothe
Following the breath is a really easy and effective way to calm the nervous system and prepare the body for a great night's sleep. Lisa guides a breath meditation practice to balance and soothe the over-active brain and shows us some pressure points which can release tension.
A steady, calm but strengthening class with a focus on standing poses and keeping fluidity through the movements. This class is perfect if you have shoulder or wrist issues and you want to keep your fluid practice going, but with no vinyasa. Feel grounded and steady in this beautiful, mindful movement practice.
Gamma / Object-less Meditation
An advanced level meditation practice to change the brainwaves to Gamma waves. Here levels of consciousness are changed to the deepest level, where profound changes can be made. This meditation is great for those who have done the Theta and Gamma meditation practices and who are regular meditators, comfortable with sitting for long periods.
Meditation 4: De-stress
Mimi's Winter Immune Part 2
Better Sleep: Meditation
In this simple meditation practice which can be used before sleep, Lisa shows us how to bring awareness to the thoughts in our mind and how to helpfully acknowledge those thoughts, which can help calm the mind before bedtime. This meditation can be used anytime, and is useful to use at any point in the day when the road seems rocky, but is especially useful before sleep to ensure a more restful, calmer mind in preparation for deep rest.
