The fourth in a series of 7 yoga classes inspired to bring you 'fire', a practice for strength, stamina, courage and focusing on reducing your ego. These practices focus on the core. This is a really tough but short abs workout, designed to make you feel firey and ready to go! Practice all 7 on consecutive days for maximum fire. Wakey Wakey Sleepy Head
Flow And Restore
A delicious balanced practice to both uplift and relax you - a grounding and steadying class, to prepare for a deep, restful sleep. Beginning with a steady nourishing flow and leading to big rejuvenation through restorative yoga poses. A yin and yang practice to bring you into balance. You will need a bolster, two bricks, a strap and an eye bag.

Post Natal 3 : Re-integrate
This class focuses on gentle strengthening yoga for the core, so that the tummy feels knitted back together after the recent strains. Jean also shows us some gentle shoulder stretch and strengtheners, so important for all the heavy lifting new mums have in store. You will need to set yourself up near to a wall.
Lower Back Workshop
Do you suffer with aches and pains in your lower back? In this workshop-style tutorial, Dr Yogi talks you through some top tips on soothing your lower back in your yoga practice, finding out why the lower back is so prone to injury and how to protect the lower back during your yoga practice. Following this, a short sequence focusing on the lower bck and strengthening the core has been carefully designed to simultaneously strengthen and release your spine from pain and tension caused by injury, arthritis or repetitive strain such as too much driving or time spent at the computer.Try to do this video at least three times a week to really feel the benefits and as with any sensitive area of the body, seek medical advice to avoid doing further damage.
Juicy Core Arm Balances
A tough Forrest yoga class, taking your Forrest yoga practice to the next level! With it's focus on core, this class also features favourites for strengthening shoulders and upper back as well as core, including dolphin, crow pose, inch worm and the all-time Forrest yoga favourite, oil-rigger. Not an easy class, but for strengthening for arm-balances, this class is amazing. You will need two blocks, an extra mat and a strap.

Embrace Your Essence (1): Patience
Our hips are said to hold our history. No wonder they feel so sensitive. With this sequence we’ll mindfully ease the tension out to gracefully release that which holds us back freeing up the hips as we go. We will take our time using equal breath so your body can really let go and you’ll feel lighter afterwards.This is a nice and easy hips class, great after a long day to release and unwind with patience. You will need a belt.
Winter warmers Yoga and Qigong: Spirit Warming 2
The second part of Yoga and Qigong for warming the spirit. This is to warm your internal sun, the heart, to bring warmth to the heart, bringing sun salutes, Qigong, dancing warrior and backbends to cultivate energy. Perfect for winter mornings, this yoga class will give you that gentle pick me up.

This first sugal detox class balances the metabolism to give a natural boost instead of a sugar ”˜high’. It’s full of juicy twists and forward bends and a perfect 15 min booster for a mid-afternoon low. Instead of reaching for that sweet snack try this sweet yoga class. You may like to use a bolster and have a chair handy.
This qigong flow practice starts with some warmups for the joints, cultivation of qi between the hands, and then moves into what we think of as “water salutations” – fluid movements that feel like the equivalent of yoga’s sun salutations. It’s a practice that warms the body, actively stimulates, guides and moves the qi, and helps to quiet the mind. Enjoy!
